AC To The Max Inc

They were very professional and punctual. Got my AC unit back up and running in minutes after Goettl said I needed a new unit. They really are on point when they said call them and relax.

We had a wonderful experience with AC to the Max when Old Republic, our home warranty send them out. They were super efficient and friendly and they got our AC system up and working within the hour, which in Phoenix, Arizona summers is super important.

Zero stars. I paid for a new Goodman, the installed a used Payne. On April 23, 2024. The serial number was assigned to someone in 2023. They left the cap off a pipe and water leaked. My electric bill. tripled from $200 to over $600 immediately after the install. They do not answer texts, phone or emails. I have had two other companies look at their work. They did not install the correct size air handler for the heat pump. We have been advised that we will need an entire new system because of the poor work and used units. We paid them $8725, and have had multiple expenses associated with it. The unit has failed twice. The first time they said it was the wiring. The second time the fuses. One of the techs from another company who examined the work was so angry that he tried to call them. Of course they did not answer. Eli Manachii uses his southern charm to cover his lies. They are thieves and guilty of elder abuse. We asked repeatedly for paper work and were told it would be sent to us. It never was. Our air conditioner was not cooling as it had in the past. I called Select Home Warranty and they sent out AC to the Max for the diagnosis. It was as expected that the evaporator coil was leaking, therefore low coolant resulting in poor cooling. Of course Select Home Warranty would not pay for the repair. I tried to get several estimates but could not get businesses to respond. I called AC to the Max and got an estimate. I talked with a neighbor who had the same repair recently and the estimate from AC to the Max was in line with others. I called them to schedule the repair and they came the next day. As far as I am concerned, George and Peter, the repair guys were very friendly and professional and got the job done in only three hours. I am well pleased with the service, and I would recommend them to anyone. As for Select Home Warranty, stay away from them. They have so many exceptions in their contract. I got my money back to help pay for the evaporator coil.

NEVER have these hacks do anything to your house . I went through First American Home Warranty for a repair of my a/c compressor . the installed the unit charged me a huge amount for a service that was not covered under the warranty.. This was my rental unit where no one was there . I had the home inspector check the unit only to find it unable to turn on. empty of Puron and the connection to the unit badly burned .
