Highly unethical and immoral people trying to price garbage homes like as if they were Hollywood mansions. And the homes in Idaho are built to the lowest standards and code. Get real Idaho, you are a joke and a clown show!

"I have never done an appraisal for you so I think you are mistaken. There are a couple of builders here in Idaho who tend to build homes that are of lesser quality, but the vast majority of home builders do a decent job. Homes have tended to be overpriced in the last few years but that is a market driven circumstance caused by an over demand and under supply situation, largely due to an influx of people moving to this area from out of state.
