We service the Rio Rancho, Santa Fe and greater Albuquerque areas. We pride ourselves on providing quality work and professional service. Jarrod and Robert were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. AC&R was hired to remove an AC unit from the roof. They also added ducting and worked in 100 degree temperatures in the attic never complaining. We would hire them again.

Jerrod Ortiz installed and corrected duct work. We had lived with a previous crappy install by a company that is out of business, and moved to Wagner. Can not say enough about the great job, good price and Jerrod and his assistant are real professional. I recommend them and would hire him and Robert again.

I had 3 quotes done and AC&R had the best equipment at the right price. The installers were very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend AC&R to anyone needing to convert their swamp cooler to refrigerated air. I don't know how we lived all these years without refrigerated air!!

Complete AC, Heater, and water heater installation in Sept 2020. Eric did the estimate and after three more estimates, I hired AC&R. Mike and Tony showed up to do the job and they did fantastic job. The company should really give 'em a nice bonus. Seriously, they were amazing and worked their tail off and represented AC&R very well. I have already given their company name out to a few people looking for upgrades/modifications, I am sure they will get their business. Great job by this company from Eric, Tony, Mike, and Sharon who handled the payment.

Mike did a terrific Job installing my new A/C system to include the furnace. Always was eager to answer my questions and very friendly. He and his partner Matt worked in the 08 degree weather and sweated like no other. Would invite them back anytime.

AC&R did a great job with the install of our mini split system. Out of all the estimates for the project Eric was the only one to do a heat load assessment to make sure we were installing the correct size unit. Benny and Mike showed up right on schedule and did a great job with install. They made sure I knew how long the job would take and how to operate and maintain the system. Gabe in the office followed up to make sure all the inspections were completed right away. Over all AC&R did a great job. I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

AC&R were the only company who showed up to look at the project (replacement wall heater). Eric was on time, professional and listened to my concerns. He completed a area assessment to ensure that the right size furnace was installed. Bennie and Mike were on time, dealt with a couple of issues professionally, and made sure I was happy with the install. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Complete Pros from Start to Finish. From detailed estimate to finished job. Eric carefully measure my home, showed me what was needed, and very important, WHY it was needed. The crew was here in a few days and completed the job in a professional manor. Quick,clean and complete. I couldn't have asked for more.

I had them to a refrigerated air, heating and water heater. Lower than Costco's recommendation of Signature who only wanted to do refrigerated air and heating. Professional employees from start to finish-kept me informed of what they were doing each step of the way.

After having a negative experience with a different company we found through Home Advisor, we were very pleased with the service we recieved through AC&R. Eric came and gave us an estimate that was a better price than another company we got a quote with. All of the guys that came were very professional. They did a great job. Our neighbors got a new unit after we did, so I'd say this was a great company to hire. We are hoping to have them back in a few year to install refrigerated air.
