A+ Carpet Pros

I had my carpets cleaned by A+ Carpet Pros and I couldn't be happier with the results! They removed years of dirt and stains, and my carpets look brand new again. The team was professional, on time, and very friendly. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was happy with the work before they left. Highly recommend their services!

After they left, I noticed that they damaged my base boards in the living room. The machine they used scraped off some of the paint on the base board. I did not bother calling them because they had already left my residence and it was my responsibility to look everything over before they left. Next time I need work done from any professional I will take pictures before they start so that I can have documentation.

We had A+ Carpet Pros stretch our rugs in two rooms. The quality of work was good, but it was very expensive. Also, I had the same issue that others have had with James Scroggins (who did the work). He only accepts cash/check and did not give a receipt (said he would email one). When the receipt didn't arrive, I contacted him and he promised to send one. He never followed through and doesn't answer his phone. Interestingly, when he was on the job he said that his company name and number was changing - that new phone number rings right to a recording that does not accept messages. Something doesn't add up!

We needed a hall carpeted and it was done in a professional and timely manner. The carpet is absolutely gorgeous!

I was not told that only cash or check was accepted for payment. Not all the furniture was moved during the cleaning process. Most of the moved furniture was not moved back after the cleaning; it was stacked in a corner for me to put back. I was not given any papers to put under the furniture legs and the main complaint - after 2 unanswered phone calls and 2 unreturned emails I have not been provided with a receipt.

I wrote a check to the service technician and was told that momeadvisor would send me an invoice. Home advisor informed me that they were just a referral service. I emailed the company, still have not received an invoice. This seems sketchy to me.

My carpet is STILL WET AFTER TWO AND A HALF DAYS and I cannot get anyone to call me back to discuss what might be wrong. I needed my carpet stretched and cleaned before a new bed is delivered however NOW I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM BECAUSE I HAVE WET CARPET STILL after two and half days. The people who came to do the work were nice enough BUT THE JOB THEY DID IS NOT QUALITY WORK. They are not responsive to my phone message(s) to reach out to me to discuss the problem.

Knew exactly what was needed. Perfect job on over 850 square feet of carpet re-stretching. Rug didn't need cleaning but they offered to hand clean the carpeted stairs which now look brand new.

Arrived on time and completed job. Noticed a problem with a possible leak and reported it so that I could follow up with property management.

These guys were fabulous! Finished re-tacking and stretching my carpet in 40 min for 1/2 the price of other quotes I'd received. They were polite, on-time and I would definitely hire them again!

A+ Carpet Pros employees did an excellent job removing our carpet from steps and hallway. The stair treads they installed looks wonderful. The price was reasonable and customer care and professional work was excellent. They arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards and took old carpet with them. Will use them again to remove remaining upstairs carpet.
