AC By Hank LLC

Hank was great! Very transparent and honest, great pricing and got us cooled off! He kept me posted on his arrival time and was very professional. I would highly recommend his services!

Our AC had been struggling for a while and finally died. I've known Hank for a long time, so I gave him a call. He quickly gave us some options, we picked the AC that was right for us, and he came out to install it. The price was extremely reasonable, and the work done was top notch. So glad to get this installed before hitting 100+ degree weather next week. If you need AC repair or new system install, don't hesitate to call Hank! Edit (5/12/26): Google wouldn't let me add a second review, so I'll add it here at the bottom. Had an issue with our other AC system (11 years old), and Hank came out quickly after hours and diagnosed the problem right away, and had us up and running within an hour. Can't say enough good things about Hank. Trust him with your AC and you won't be sorry!

I cannot recommend Hank enough! Our AC broke down during a severe heat wave, putting my diabetic mother-in-law—in a dangerous situation. Hank was prompt, deeply respectful, and entirely genuine. He treated our emergency with the utmost urgency and fixed the issue immediately. He is a rare, honest professional who truly cares about his clients.

5 Stars are not enough to rate AC By Hank! He is an indapendent veteran business owner with more than 20 years experience in the HVAC industry. I was told by a commercial company that my 9 year old AC systems needed to be completely replaced at an expense of over $50,000. Hank spent over 3 hours with me at my home and invited me to look over his shoulder through the entire evaluation of my systems. It would take a novel to explain all of the information he shared with me. When all was said and done, my $50,000 "must do now repair" was a $1500 fix which was well below competitor pricing! Highly recommended!!!!

Hank personally went out and took a look at our AC that was leaking. A part was wrong and instead of charging us 200 he was honest and did it for the service charge only. He didn’t need to tell us the truth but he did and I respect that. Honest companies are hard to find. We will never call another ac place because of how we see Hank do business. Thank you and if you’re considering calling him… do it you won’t regret it.
