Warren and his team are an absolute godsend. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly for big yard clean up, and they went above and beyond. The communication was amazing, and Warren kept us updated throughout the day to let us know how things were going. His team was super kind and friendly, and they did an excellent job. Warren was also super transparent about pricing and gave us a very reasonable rate. We'll definitely be using them again for another project soon!

Warren sent someone out and did a wonderful job with my yard. Cut the grass, weedeated, blew the leaves, then mulched the leaves. Would definitely recommend his services.

Initially Very Pleased. But............We PAID 1700 dollars for extras including gravel to be spread....NOT ONLY DID HE not deliver....EXCUSES ALL THE TIME!!!! Trees not completed for limbing and left what we said take for his firewood!!!! A HOT MESS!!!!! He has never returned nor refunded our money. MR. GOD BLESS YOU!!!!! I WOULD NEVER HIRE HIM NOR HIS GROUP AGAIN!!! HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!! YOUY OWE ME GRAVEL AND WORK MR> BROOKS!!!!

It was a big job. They came on time as agreed. Did a fabulous job in 1 day. They worked hard even though almost 100-degree weather. Warren is very professional and kept me informed. Will be working with Warren in the future as his team did a wonderful work

Mr Warren not only contacted me but also arrived promptly to address the needs of my mom’s yard. He and his team went above and beyond what we expected! He and his crew are not only hardworking they are also some of the nicest and most respectful people I have encountered in a long time! They checked in constantly with my mom asking if she was ok with doing some things that she did not ask for (she is almost 80). My mom’s yard has not looked this good in years! My father passed away 4 years ago and she and I had difficulty keeping it as nice as my dad did before he became ill. Warren and his staff are a Godsend! If you need work done definitely give him a call, trust me you will be overjoyed with their work! We forgot to take before pics but trust me when I say it was overgrown and I have not seen the ground in years!!

The best part was the follow-up call to ensure that the service met my expectations and to make sure if I needed anything else. I plan to use his services again in the future.

A change of scenery was hired to perform a miracle on my yard and they did just that. It is such a marked difference. Everything that was requested was completed and the owner even did a walk through to make sure that we were satisfied before they left the premises. I had a good experience with A Change of Scenery Lawn Care Services, though it wasn't quite excellent. Mr. Warren contacted me and within an hour, his crew was at my home. While the core work was handled well, there were some minor issues due to expectations not fully discussed prior to service. However, Mr. Brooks was very professional and receptive to my feedback. He promptly and patiently addressed/cleared up my concerns. I appreciate a company that stands by its work. I look to support black businesses and this is one I will use again for their reliability and great customer service.
