Mr. Brooks and his team of professionals did an outstanding job and was very courteous and professional in their work. I HIGHLY recommend them to do any yard work you may have; I know I don't want anyone else attempting to do work for me. These folks are the workingest (if that's a word) people I have ever seen. No phone breaks, no water breaks, no smoking breaks...just work, work, work til the job is completed. They have my utmost respect and they are very affordable. JOB WELL DONE MR. WARREN BROOKS AND WORKERS. They do make A Change of Scenery very pleasant.

A change of scenery was hired to perform a miracle on my yard and they did just that. It is such a marked difference. Everything that was requested was completed and the owner even did a walk through to make sure that we were satisfied before they left the premises. I had a good experience with A Change of Scenery Lawn Care Services, though it wasn't quite excellent. Mr. Warren contacted me and within an hour, his crew was at my home. While the core work was handled well, there were some minor issues due to expectations not fully discussed prior to service. However, Mr. Brooks was very professional and receptive to my feedback. He promptly and patiently addressed/cleared up my concerns. I appreciate a company that stands by its work. I look to support black businesses and this is one I will use again for their reliability and great customer service.

Paid Warren $5,000 2/2025 for tree, dirt work, never did it, been fighting to get my money back for 14 months. With damages he created, he now owes me 6,350.00 Update 4/19/2026--You are not telling the truth Warren, you owe me 7,300.00, you refuse to correct anything, it is been 15 months and I have had you in court twice.

Although I did not get to meet Warren in person, his customer service over the phone was great. I originally was looking for grass cutting service and mentioned leaf removal. Warren also took care of leaf/branch removal without hesitation for a reasonable price. I would recommend their services.

I really needed help with removing the snow and ice off of my driveway as soon as possible. I was getting very worried and stressed out but Mr. Warren Brooks and the Change of Scenery Crew Members made my life a little bit more brighter and happier!!! The pro/ crew who came to my home to remove the snow and ice off of my driveway did an excellent job! They made my driveway look absolutely beautiful! I'm very pleased and satisfied with how my driveway looks now without all that snow & ice covering it. I would like to thank the pro/crew for coming over to my house on this cold day to shovel the snow & ice off of the driveway because I know that shoveling snow is a very hard & difficult work.
