We have used A Clean Pool USA for many years for our weekly pool service cleaning and any pool equipment repairs we might need. They are always reliable and priced reasonably. Their staff is responsive and polite. I would recommend using them for any pool repairs or weekly service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! paid for cleaning and chemicals and still had to scrub my pool! The company charged me for hurricane clean up yet I still had to swim in my pool to finish cleaning. Our pool pump mysteriously broke while they were contracted. Very expensive process to replace, TERRIBLE management/ownership to deal with, very rude and I was charged for a month after they stopped servicing our pool...they did not come to clean for that month, just stopped coming once services were cancelled. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Tri County Pool Services is the way to go, should have hired them from the start. The discount upfront with this company is NOT WORTH IT!!!

"I know can not control everybody's words, and I know I should be kind and courteous to all customers as an owner and as a patron, but this customer is out right lying. this customer did not want to pay her bill, nor did she want to pay $50.00 for the hour of Hurricane clean up that we provided and was needed on her pool after the recent Hurricane. she tried to reverse the charge with the c/c company and the c/c company denied her claim and did not reverse the charge. With regards to this customers motor that we never replaced all we I did was inform the customer that her motor was down. which was a very old motor and died on its own, as we would never intentionally or unintentionally make a motor stop working. we tried our best to keep this customers pool blue over the summer months with no motor which makes it impossible with no circulation or filtration to keep a pool blue. this customer wants to blame all of her pools issues on us not on the facts that there was a Hurricane and that her pool motor died due to its age. people have to take responsibility for what is the truth and stop hiding behind reviews on line which are not true. we have been in business for 15 years with 9 crews on the road and take care of many pools, and I am sorry this customer feels this way."

The lime limit of 1 hour to clean the pool from hurricane Irma damage....I expected a clean pool when the fellow left. I did not get that...The fellow could not speak much english..so it was hard to tell him what i needed him to do. I had to help him with the cleanup. because him would not put the leaves from the pool where i wanted it tho be stored....I hope the service in the future will be better......Jim.

Most companies are great in the beginning - so far so good! They were the 1st ones I talked to & took care of my need so I could get on to other things in my life the person that cleans the pool doesn't know anything about pool equipment, doesn't speak english and they wasted a lot of my time and money on an issue that should have been fixed quickly and correctly - which neither of these happened. I went with Richards Reliable and have been with him for at least 6 months and he is great!

"not like I ever like talking negative about a customer but nobody likes to get a negative review that is not true, Mr. Bob S. has a leak in his pool & intern dilutes the chemicals that are introduced to his pool weekly. we have offered leak detection until his leak is fixed it will always be hard to keep the algae at bay. as well Mr. Bob had high phosphates 2000ppb which is very high the normal being 0-100ppb. Now since providing a phosphate treatment his pool is clear and blue. we would be happy to help Mr. Bob S if he would authorize the repair at his pool for the leak as well. thank you mr. bob we appreciate all feedback."

Our pool was like a swamp, we could not control it - pool had to be acid washed and sanitized - Excellent company - good cust svc. Easy and pleasant to work with on initial call - answered all question, they showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently - POOL LOOKS GREAT - we were so pleased with A Clean Pool that we contracted them for weekly service. We would recommend A Clean Pool to all friends and family - Great Experience.
