I think something strange was going on here. A young man responded within minutes of my request on Home Advisor, and I was happy to learn he could come the next day. He said he could remove the urine smells in a bedroom. He arrived promptly and presented himself well, but it was quite possibly the worst carpet cleaning I have ever seen. He soaked the room with the urine stains. It took a few days to dry and the stains and smells seemed worse than before. The carpets in the other rooms didn't look that great either. Later, I did it myself and was able to remove stains, brighten the carpet and get the urine smells out. Also, the young man asked me to write the check out to him rather than the company name. Hmmm?

Efren was the technician who came to clean my furniture. He was almost 2 hours late from my scheduled appointment. Offered an apology when he first arrived but that was it. Didn't receive a discount for the late arrival which I thought would've been appropriate. Also towards the end of cleaning my last piece of furniture he evidently ran out of water in his tank and hooked a hose up to my water faucet in my kitchen in order to finish the job! Seriously I'm paying him to clean my furniture and then he uses my water to finish the job! I feel he was ill prepared to do an adequate job. He should've had all the items he needed when he arrived. And my furniture still has some odors which is one of the issues I initially listed as a problem.

Excellent experience. Efran was polite and helpful. He only uses water and spot cleans only if you approve.

Did a great job on a 10-year-old recliner

I have 3 dogs, a back lab/pitbull, a springer spaniel and a rottweiler. I tried to make a gate to close them into the kitchen because it was too hot outside, and the gentleman Efren asked me if they were friendly, I said yes, and he said let them out, its fine! I never get that reaction with my rottweiler. The gentleman was great around my dogs.. He cleaned my carpets which really Need replacing but cant afford just yet, and he did a fantastic job.. All the stains from the animals have been lifted, and it smells really Clean too.. Very affordable prices, very impressed all round, with the professional service and great customer service.
