First time they cancelled me at the last minute because the owner could not be there to train the crew. Second time, which was the first time actually, the owner was a no show but sent a cleaning crew without training. They used furniture polish on my wood floors with a dry mop very sparingly - none of my floors except for the bathroom were "cleaned". They did not even vacuum the carpet then lied about it when specifically asked. No windex on any glass. They actually turned loose two pebble stones in the floor of the master bath. My house is 2 people - 2 hours all day long for a regular maintenance clean. I was told the first time would be a deep clean so expect 2.5 hours. They finished in 1.5 hours and insisted that the ceiling fans, etc. did not need to be cleaned every time. They charged me $120 when it should have been $75 ($25 x 2 x 1.5 hrs). The owner told me that she owed me a clean for free, but the third scheduled time was a no show...

"First of all, I (the owner), does not go to all HomeAdvisor jobs with the crews. I take care of a lot of properties and cannot go to all. With that being said, this person was called the day before scheduled and rescheduled. It was approved by her for change. My crew arrived to her home and cleaned as she instructed. She claimed they did things wrong, funny I never heard about it until it was time to clean again and then she wanted a free clean. I am not sure about you, but, if someone was this bad and destroyed my home, I surely would not want them back. Second, the whole time the crew was there, she did nothing but bad mouth all other companies that previously provided her service. This lady is not a happy person. Look at all my other reviews and judge for yourself. I could not have received the 2018 Vendor of the Year if her review was accurate. Please read all other reviews before consideriing this review. This is not accurate"

They did not mop the floors, only sprayed something like Fantastic and spread it around with a dry Libman mop. Then only did this around things, did not move anything. House actually smelled nasty after they left. But, they were prompt, very polite and quick. I would consider what they did a condo clean only not a home clean.

If you are going to schedule multiple projects at once, make sure you can handle the workload. For a move out cleaning, we were told they would arrive before 10am and it scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Crew did not show up until after 2pm and this was after our scheduled closing which was rather embarrassing and unprofessional.

Joann and her team were highly professional and did a thorough job on a tough terminal cleaning of my condo unit. They explained every procedure to me to ensure I agreed with the process. Their rates are very reasonable--I asked them to return again for another terminal clean session. Customer service is tops with this company. I highly recommend them.
