The job was almost complete but concrete was not delivered until 2 pm. The rain broke out 😫 at 6 . Not a+ fault. But fixing the surface was not done well. And some damage to the curbing by the bobcat driver has yet to be fixed as promised. Had to lower the stars because if no follow up. If it is ever completed I can raise the rating

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They did not begin my project for SEVEN WEEKS after my start date. Communication was extremely poor. Now that my project is finished they have not cleaned up. It has been over three weeks and there are still piles of concrete sitting in my front yard as well as rusty mesh laying in the backyard. I can not get anybody back to the house to clean any of this up. I would highly advise against hiring this company. Update: I had to contact the BBB to get this company to come and clean up. Once I did that, they were here within a day to clean up the site.

Signed contract to do work in November 2018 Paid 50% deposit No work has been done six months later and they still have my deposit

Poor communication. Took 2 months after deposit to start. I had to pay the concrete company before delivery. Work was excellent.

Getting a hold of Gabriel and having him call you back is difficult.

Great experience. They were putting concrete into replace gravel that was on the side of my existing driveway. Customer experience was great. They were delayed in starting due to weather (we had a ton of rain) - and they called me to let me know AND then made it out before the date they had called to say we would be moved to. Everyone I talked to from the crew was friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and even accommodated some quirks fro me (I work from home but was on a work call when some questions came up so we communicated via text instead of face to face)

Took longer than I thought it would but the finished work was satisfactory. The delays were disappointing but they are super people and the quality of the finished product was really good.

Excellent response to set up estimate. Provided great ideas. Easy to contact and they return calls promptly.

Gave us a estimate date of service and they were able to get it done sooner

A+ resurfaced our entire driveway & sidewalk, pour a new concrete pad for a hot tub and put an epoxy floor in the garage. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. Carlos the crew chief was conscientious and through in his efforts to make sure we were happy with the end result. I would highly recommend them.

My husband found Gabriel Tovar, of A+ Concrete and Remodeling, on HomeAdivsor in April of 2018. Over the past few months, Gabriel and his employees have put in a concrete driveway and walkway, as well as a concrete floor on our new porch. He also stained the brick on our home and stained our fireplace to match. When the driveway was not completed to our satisfaction, nor to Gabriel's, he corrected the issues, making the driveway look wonderful. We've gotten many, many compliments on Gabriel's concrete and staining work. Gabriel is a very nice man, who takes pride in his work. His only problem is that he does not return calls or texts in a timely manner - it could be days or a week. When you've contracted with customers for jobs, you have a responsibility to communicate with them until the job is completed.

NOT GOOD AT RETURNING CALLS.
