Called me at 1401, when my appointment was for 1400 and said they couldn't show up due to an emergency. Very unprofessional, told them no thank you. Unprofessional behavior is not tolerated or accepted. I will not be using them again and I would not suggest you do either.

Quick and great service

My expierience is as follows. I hired zack's Plus Electric to install a 60 Amp breaker. Rather than installing a circuit breaker he installed a switch type breaker, without any visible indication of of the amperage, just a sticker that said No Overload Protection Provided. During our initial conversation I provided him the wiring-diagram showing the electrical requirements and the overload protection requiment. Although, what he did was not in compliance with the wiring-diagram nor the National Electric Code. Long Beach code enforcement wouldn't help because a permit wasn't pulled. I was told he would have known a permit which needed. I filed what I thought was a bullet proof complaint to the Mississippi State Board of Contractors only to eventually be told they doenot take repercussions against code enforcement in these type of cases. I even identified the problem before he left but paid him because, I thought it be easy to remedy. I was wrong unless I take him to court.

A quote was provided in advance for the work, and the quoted amount is what we were billed. When Dwayne provided the quote, he gave us a couple options to save some money (since we were having a lot of work done). The company texted me to tell me who would be coming and when to expect them. They showed up on time and finished the work in one day, which is what was planned. The end product is nice and neat looking. Dwayne answered all our questions and explained to us what ghe was done.

I requested several quotes, but only heard back from this company. The customer service representative was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable . I was kept updated and they even sent a picture of the guy when he was on his way. The work was scheduled quickly and the electrician came when he was supposed to be here. The electrician was knowledgeable, helpful, intelligent, insightful, and a just a really nice guy. It cost a little more than I thought it should have for the small job but all the other things considered, I gladly paid.

Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with electricians in my entire life. I started using Mr. Electric two or three years ago and have highly recommended them to several neighbors who have had equally wonderful experiences. I have used them approximately 12 times on various projects throughout the past couple of years and already have several future projects in the works. Dan was sent out for my first project and I was so impressed and GRATEFUL for the work done and suggestions he made, I request him every single time. His work is impeccable, I have never once asked a question he didn't have the answer to and he is the ultimate example of a true professional. Today we upgraded a 200 amp panel to a 400 amp panel and the entire experience was flawless. He arrived right on time, had it done in the time he said it would take and the power is back on and working great. I never write reviews but in the case of Mr. Electric I absolutely had to because they are truly exceptional. I recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work, big or small projects, you will not be disappointed.
