The owner ordered a replacement part and never came back to complete the job. The cords were also too long.

This was the worst professional I have ever worked with. She took my curtains for cleaning and repair, and a month later had not returned them and did not return phone calls. When they finally came back, after 2 months, floor length curtains were shrunken and are now 4 inches above the floor. Roman shades were shrunken so that they no longer fit the window left to right. Cords were cut too short in reinstallation so that big knots had to be tied in the middle and show. The Roman shades came back with more than half of the metal rods required to raise them missing. Appalling.

Arrived on time, made extra effort to locate correct parts needed for job. Was cheerful and made repair qauickly.

The material used was not thick enough to support the blind and may break in the immediate future.

I thought Ms. Martin was professional and someone with whom it was easy to work. She even took my wooden blinds with her to repair and added nice wooden knobs to the drawstring. My only concern was that 2 of the 3 blinds were not rehung quite as well as they might and ended up being a tad long. I would still rehire Ms. Martin in the future.

Very thorough. Couldn't finish the job in one day, but came back and took her time. Must have spent 3-4 hours on one window covering, and result was beautiful. Patched hole in wall and painted, in addition to fixing drapes.

Good job and wooden blind works well. I suggest that items be returned wrapped to prevent any mishap in transporting.

Flo did everything she said she would do! The job was for repair of blinds on a rental property. She went out, e-mailed an estimate, I approved it, she went out took them when she said she would, repaired them in just a few days and returned them when promised. She did a good job, was very reliable and I will keep her name and number handy for future jobs!

She did a wonderful job. She is very personable, knows what she is doing.
