I contracted with A CUSTOM TILE RENOVATIONS, owner DAVID ROBINETTE, to tear out old deck and replace. Time frame of one to three weeks. David took full payment for materials in Apri l 2021 - AT THE end of August 2021, at 78yrs of age, I was still having to walk out of house on two unsteady boards. He finally admitted he had used my money to finance other jobs that he actually lost. NO MONEY LEFT TO BUY ANY MORE THAN A PIDDALY AMOUNT OF SUPPLIES. Of course that meant NO DECK FOR ME. He started to not answer my calls and not returning my text and of course not showing up, it is now costing me double the price to complete my deck. Would I recommend David Robinette . Custom Tile Renovations, and NEVER - NEVER -NEVER~~ THE 0.5 RATING WAS ONLY BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING LOWER.

The work was remarkable! Fixed my deck better than new, The crew were perfection, Repaired thing I did not even know we're wrong. My deck is now safe for children to play on.

David does excellent work! Our new vinyl plank loors are beautiful! We had flooring installed in master bedroom with closets and 2 guest bedrooms. David went out of his way to make sure everything would be done properly and professionally! We were missing an item and he brought it to our attention and then he went and got what they needed to complete our job. David cared about us having the floor installed properly ensuring years of enjoyment! David was professional and courteous and did a FANTASTIC JOB! We are very pleased with his quality of work and affordability. David went above expectations and we will absolutely hire David again!
