The day of repair it was above the work they had agreed. We declined on repairing work as it was more than what it was from original agreement repair. We insisted on repairing original repair agreed and homeowner declined as he wanted more work repaired and we had to decline on that. Thanks, A cut above the best, Inc.

Fast clean up was done fast . I would hire him again!!!

Got a bid and the week, gave them a deposit, then the week they were to start they raised the price $275 for stump removal . The next day I went out to even out the stones in our floor bed and the stumps are still there just covered them with stones. Also set their equipment down on my lawn and spilled or burnt large areas of grass. Called an emailed my complaints and no response. Their original bid was more than I had ever paid before for tree trimming but gave them a shot, what a mistake

Use proper equipment, finish the job and bouble charge the customer.

The job was to level the yard and put down new sod and an irrigation system. The first half of the yard is awful. We found out from a worker the sod was leftover from another job and they had to use it. The sod Is not level and has brown patches. We spoke to the supervisor. The second half of the yard looks beautiful. There is a distinct difference between the two sides of the yard. The supervisor is unresponsive, it took multiple calls to get a response back. We cannot recommend them.

Amazing lawn service.

I went to pay with a credit card and when they charged my card they did not tell me that there was a fee and that my contract didn't include tax. Their contract process was very sloppy not really sure what your overall price was going to be. One that was sent to me via email did't even have the price on it.

We started with tree removal, which when they finally showed up to work, was done quickly and efficiently. However, the team underestimated the amount of sod needed, and we had no choice but to purchase an additional pallet, just like others have mentioned. It took forever and constant phone calls for them to install the sprinklers and sod, seriously they were AWOL for weeks! My husband was patient as they had a large cash deposit from us, and we needed the work to be done. The sod and sprinklers were installed, again when they finally showed up, quickly and efficiently. But, the sprinklers did not work correctly from the beginning, and they were finally fixed two weeks ago, nearly 4 months after we began the project. For what we spent on this project, which was more than we had budgeted, I do not feel the quality, customer service, and value were up to par. I would not recommend A Cut Above the Best to anyone, and Home Advisor should do a better job vetting their professionals.
