The first time we needed AC Wildlife, they came over within an hour. After that, we hired them for two different projects. The first was a large-scale gutting and sealing/rebuilding of our basement. And then, we brought them back to do additional work on the roof, siding, and gutters. I appreciated their honesty and thoroughness. It' snot fun to have to re-do your house to seal it up. But they made it simple and easy. I'm very appreciative.

Angel and the crew are amazing!!!! He was one of 8 pest control companies I talked to. His attention to detail was so above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable!!! I kept thinking he is treating this like it is his house. Then he told me that he treats every job like it is his house. (so I was not just imagining it:) A lot of the other places tried to up sell me on a year-long plan. Angel was the only one who guarantees his exclusion work for a year. I cannot say enough good things about them as a professional business and as as human beings. Do not hesitate to use AC Wildlife removal! They are the best!!!!. Update: 04/17/2023 I revised my previous review. I am pretty sure they have gone out of business because they do not follow up on anything. He told me they offer a year of service guarantee, knowing he was going to shut down his business a month later. And when I try to contact them to tell them I need them to come back because I am still having issues, they will not return texts or phone calls.

Work done on schedule and completed to our satisfaction. A follow-up to remove devices installed is non-existent. Two months later no response from their office after calling numerous times.

This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with any service company. AC Removal did almost nothing to remove the squirrels from my house. After much talk about doing a full top to bottom exclusion, including sealing all the louvers, filling all openings including the metal roof ridges of my house, they did almost nothing. Angels story completely changed as now I was told there was no need to seal the louvers or the ridges. He did not abide by our contract or his guarantee. He charged me $1750 and worked for a total of 6 hours at our house. He told me he would come with 3 people and spend at least one entire day sealing every last opening on the house, but he came with one other person and they sealed nothing. Do not believe the positive reviews as most of them are false. He worked for another company until one year ago, and so even his claim of being in business for 5 years is false. As soon as he was paid in advance, his entire attitude changed and he did nothing to help eradicate our squirrel problem. Total scam artist. Find someone else and save yourself having to find out the hard way.

Per our conversation, you only paid the deposit which is necessary for us to begin the exclusion. As we worked with you, we noticed that you left several other 1-star reviews with other pest control companies that we know. Seeing as how several companies could not satisfy you and the way you treated our employees we decided it was best to finish the exclusion and not continue working with you. We are a small family business and while we do not have many employees we try to satisfy every customers needs; however, seeing how you treated and rated several other pest control companies that we know, it is not surprising that you are not satisfied with our work. The company may be new, but Angel previous years of experience in the field did not change when he decided to start his own business. Our customers satisfaction is true, we try to satisfy all of our customer's needs, but it seems no company can satisfy yours."

I can't recommend AC Wildlife more. Angel is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He performed exclusion to control our wasp situation and also came back to dust when the problem persisted. He also sealed the house from mice. Communication with Angel and his wife was great. Angel knows construction as well as pest control and really is the perfect solution. Every other pest control place in the area wants a contract and comes to do a mediocre lip-service job every few months. Angel and his family run business care. Truly fantastic, Thanks AC!

Angel and Kathy run their company with integrity and are very customer service oriented. They did a beautiful job of removing our pesky squirrels from the top of the fiberglass roofing on the bottom deck. They sealed and reinforced the entire area and did a super job of cleaning up also. They removed the panels and cleaned and disinfected the entire area and power washed everything. They are very hard workers and we really appreciate the work they did. We feel that we can reclaim our outdoors area now and enjoy our deck once again.. itâ s really nice to know that there are still people out there that care and show pride in their work. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs good solid work done. They also guarantee their work for one year. Thank you Angel and Kathy.

I have field mice in a crawl space under my home and Angel and Kathy are working to help me eradicate them. Angel provided excellent, professional service. Iâ ve had a recurring mouse problem for years. A comprehensive exclusion project was needed - without the use of rodenticide (per my preference). It was more expensive than a simple patch job but the Results have been mouse-free. Such a relief and all worth it. Thank you, Angel!

We have battled bats getting into our house for many years. As 2020 has been the year that it has, I was not totally shocked to have 4 bats in one night fly around this past summer. My neighbor recommended Angel and he helped us as a real Angel would. He explained why we had bats, what he would do, and what we could expect. He guestimated we had between 75-100 bat friends abiding in our rafters. After Angel constructed exit ramps for my little friends, the mass exodus happened, and we have havenâ t heard even the tiniest of rustling. Thank you Angel! Highly recommend!
