101 Repair

They couldnt fix a washer. They?re only good at making up excuses. As per our warranty they have removed them from their contract just due to these reasons watch out for racism and hate from the front desk lady. She gave a rescheduled dated for 24th a day before Christmas. Which when i asked are you sure if anyones gonna come in she hung up. We pay we want proper service. They couldnt fix it the first time the reschedule makes no sense. Ego has its own agenda but im surprised they have such wack and pathetic customer service and techs

I wish there was a ZERO star. I would use it. I had to get my gas cooktop burners repaired as they were not lighting up when turned on. Even after cleaning them thoroughly. 101 Repair Inc was assigned to me by my Insurance company so it wasn't my choice. The payment was DONE. 1. A lady at 101 Repair called me next day. Since she gave me a window of 4 hours time slots, I requested a few dates and times so that I could pick one that would suit my schedule. But the lady sounded quite upset by this request and insisted to pick one she mentioned that was 6 days later at 4 pm - 8 pm window. I finally picked that though reluctantly. 2. On the inspection day, the technician arrived around 6 pm. After inspection, he suggested we replace some parts. He said he would write up a report quickly so that he could get approval from Insurance which was quick and within 2-3 days the order for the parts should be placed. Also, somebody would call to inform me the status. I was looking at 7-10 days for this "repairs" to be complete. 3. After 10 days, I hear nothing from the 101 Repair Inc. So I called up and the same lady (who called me first) picked up my call. After initial verification of my information, I quietly asked her what was the status of my service. She "very rudely," said there is a process which takes 10 days and only then I should call them. I reminded her it was already 10 days now. She immediately said the parts are on its way. So, I asked further, if that was the case what was the timeline I was looking for the repairs or the technician coming back to my home for repairs. There was no response. She put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes. After she came back she said the technician just submitted the report and it would take 10 days for the process. Now, I was surprised and asked her why she misinformed me earlier. To which she very rudely replied (interrupting me) that the technician was looking if they had any parts in-house and things take time. I kept insisting why it took so long to submit a report for which she got agitated and started talking to me about their process again non-stop without listening to what I was asking. At this point I was done listening to her and just informed her I will speak to the Insurance and dispute this. I am very disappointed by this customer service and I would like to take a refund and go with someone else who appreciates the customer and service to him. I will "NEVER" again go back to 101 Repair Inc and will "NEVER EVER" recommend them to my friends. "VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND LIE TO CUSTOMERS"

After four months of attempts, I can say that they do not know how to repair Miele dishwashers. They have made multiple visits that I need to stay home from work to meet. Each time the repairman acts as though this were the first time he has seen the dishwasher, knowing nothing about the problems that were previously diagnosed and parts that were supposed to have been ordered. The parts that they have procured for me (after much work on my part) have taken months to arrive. They have now been promising to send me a filter for THREE months now. It appears that they have no system for ordering parts, no system for communicating about repairs between servicemen, no system for getting the part into the right truck for delivery to the customer.

I had overall good experience with 101 repair for my kitchen range hood installation. They were very responsive, on time for the appointment and were cordial in their interactions. Price was also very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Very good service.

Responded immediately to request; arrived as scheduled - older oven only able to provide a heat sensor with 50/50 chance of working. I thought the cost a bit high given the less than 30 minutes to do the 50/50 fix. I was however told what it would cost and the potential of short term fix.

Steve fixed my fridge quick by replacing the defective relay. He was right on for the troubleshooting.

His price is quite reasonable which is a good for retirees like my wife and I. We would certainly recommend his services to friends and family.

I had a washing machine emergency during Christmastime. On the call Steve asked the right questions about the problem and then came on time as he committed with the needed parts. Before leaving he tested it to assure all was working properly and Voila! Fixed. Highly recommended.
