A.D.A Construction

I was a little reluctant at first hiring someone to redo my deck. As a disabled contractor I wasn't sure what the Quality of the work would be. TO MY SURPRISE, Erin & David father & son team of ADA Construction did an absolutely marvelous job above and beyond my expectations. Adding small details like framing the perimeter before laying decking, additional finishing touches to the handrail and steps. And their cleanup was unexpected, not a scrap of debris left anywhere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADA Construction and am already planning the next job with them.

The deck was rebuilt and seemed ok. It was replaced with Trex. Within a few months some of the rails became loose and actually fell over. He initially did fix it but it happened again along with other areas becoming detached. Then he stood me up and stopped responding. I do not recommend him at all. He does not stand behind his work and his work is of poor quality. I will have to hire someone else to fix this.

Good job. They arrived on time ready to work. We had one hiccup, but they returned and corrected the problem. We are thinking about using them for another project.

The contractor and crew were very knowledgeable and hard working. They installed a front door and a sliding patio door. Very happy with work and contractor. Near future project will be replacing my deck, with upgrades. Looking forward to it 😀

ADA CONSTRUCTION Erin and his entire crew were amazing. They were before time each day, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. We were able to collaborate on the gate and lock that had to be adjusted to lock back to new deck footprint. I love the attention to detail and they were open to get anything fixed that I asked about. They cleaned up well and worked with Home Depot to get the wrong materials exchanged and redeliivered twice. The total project was over all an amazing experience with their willingness to go over and beyond. I will hire ADA Construction for another job and highly recommend them !!

Erin Lopes and his crew did a great job, when we inspected the finish project, we had a few things that had to be redone. They supported everything we needed. We will definitely be hiring them again.

The experience was excellent, and they paid attention to detail. They were here on time and did a good job cleaning up after the job was completed at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to others and will call them back for additional work.

Erin and his crew completed my deck in one day. The job was complete and thorough. I hired them once again recently to repair my basement and reinstall flooring due to flooding and yet again job was completed with quality work.

Excellent work by ADA construction on my enclosed deck. Great quality and service! Highly recommend!

Very good work

Job was done promptly as discussed. The work was completed on time in a professional manner. Very happy with the end result. Great communication through out the project and cost impacts were discussed upfront for any deviations from the original specs. Will definitely hire for future house projects.

outcome was amazing and work was done quickly

Did a great job repairing my deck with Trex decking and new rails. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent workers. Will hire again. Truly a man of integrity

The work did not meet the agreed upon body of work in the contract. I have provided a copy of the contract which states he was to remove the deck. Place a perimeter around the deck which I was lead to be a 2X6 perimeter and the old trex would be replaced to make sure it was even. He was to place 2X6 joists between the exisiting joist because Trex required 12 inches. I have since, checked with trex and they require 16 inches or 24 inches depending on the diameter of the boards being used. When I inquired about the need of the 12 inches off I was told it was not needed. He had wood delivered and hauled it off. When I asked about the wood I was told it was for another job. Clearly from the contract he was to use the wood on my job. I feel he was very dishonest in retrospect with his

Lopez did a good job painting my deck

Unskilled labor. Charge pro rates but are unable to look at a task at hand and determine what is needed. To make matters worse, A.D.A. Construction prioritize speed over quality, likely due to overcommitments. Project was done in 3 days but needed at least another day to be done right. Just a few examples of above: 1) Entrance doors When quoting they claimed no problem readjusting the frames to install the doors (doors were slightly smaller). When it comes time to install 1 door, they don't adjust the frame and simply hang the door and tear up the side of the jamb trying to add a strike plate. I wouldn't agree to $600 per door if it was that simple - I'd do it myself. 2) Corner Upper Porch Column Column wasn't level and they are installing a handrail. Pro would level the column install the handrail. Not these guys. See the photos for more details and examples. Unfinished caulking and excessive holes. Did not have all the tools needed and didn't use tools properly when provided.

This crew and workers did a wonderful job they arrived on time and completed the job quickly.

Erin and his team did a great job with siding replacement. It was not an easy job with two long chimneys and roof flashing. I had couple of contractors work on it who were unable to fix the issue. I am so glad I chose ADA construction to get my leak fixed. I will recommend for future.

Very knowledgeable and extremely profesional! Went over and beyond to repair my door with a multitude of options to do so! Him and his team even cleaned their work space after completing the Job! I highly recommend!

I had my deck repaired and painted and it was quick and neat! Very professional and kind workers :) thank you for your hard work

He’s very profesional and kind. Im very satisfied with his service.

Samuel gave me a good price and completed a total repair of my front patio area that had rotted. Him and his team were very kind and assisted with every request I had even to the details. Thank you.
