Angi is not someone that i can recommend because because they have questionable business practices. They have charged my credit card for unexplained charges in the amount of $125. I have called them many times and have emailed them over and over. I have emailed them a screen shot of my bank statement showing the charge. They refuse to see the charge and never responded to the correct charge. I am forced to leave Angi and an excellent cleaning service because of this. Be advised that this is not the same old Angi d this is different and not to be trusted.

She was friendly and hardworking, but I felt she took advantage of my desperation. I had guests coming to stay and needed help. No one should pay $137.50 per hour for half of their house. I worked alongside her for at least an hour and had to go back over many areas. I appreciated her hard work, but the price I paid (a whole weeks pay for me) for 4 hours of cleaning made me feel like I was robbed blind.

"Well, thanks for your response. I did not promise a time limit, but it is so sad to hear you say so. it was a last-minute job, and your house is terrible. when I got into the door I almost wanted to turn around. but you told me, you had covid. and your husband was on quarantine. which is what you should have told me before I came in there. your house was just like a deserted place. I could not believe someone lived there. I took my time to clean up all the mess. All trash from decades was in there. The funniest thing is you called several companies and they came and ran away. the quote, I gave you had an option to say no. but you said yes."

They cleaned a home which had been neglected and needed a major deep cleaning. They did an excellent job and recleaned a couple of areas without complaint. I would hire again!!

Truly unbelievable cleaning job! Two people, less than 3 hours, versus so much neglect & grime left behind by the former owners: spick and span, sparkling. We're excited to actually move in now. Would encourage them to ask a few questions about the scope of the job before setting a price, and there was some miscommunication about the scheduling of the job. All's well that ends fabulous. We could not have done better or even come close on our own. Would highly recommend A.D. Cleaning Services, and would have them back again!

I was charged $175 for a 1 bedroom, one bath very small apartment and they did not even empty the trashcan in my bathroom. The should not be on Home Advisor.

"Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. but I am really surprised. I gave a quote, and you accepted the quote. You then gave me your address to come out and clean your house was extremely dirty but I didn't complain and we cleaned your house for 4 hours and there were 2 of us cleaning. I am sorry you didn't complain about my quote but decided to give me a bad review at the end of the day. I clean as if I clean my house and that's the spirit I have when I am out to work. I am very affordable and always work with my customers. It's not just the size of the room but sometimes we consider how dirty the house is."

Overall the house smelled nice but they left out a lot of details like dirty corners on the floor and dirty corners in the bathroom. The man used an ancient broom to sweep the floor and they didn't know how to do their job unless there was a checklist. The oven looked really nice. Not what I was expecting for a deep cleaning for $275.

Exceptionally well done! They were flexible enough to come out SAME DAY. Outstanding work ethic. Showed up on time and ready to work. Did NOT negotiate a per hour rate...we agreed on a price for the entire job and they just worked until it was DONE. The QUALITY of their work cannot be overstate! I was absolutely shocked at the transformation when I got home from work!! They WILL be my new month cleaning service! Highest possible recommendation.

Very prompt in coming out on the weekend to look at the house, submit her bid to clean the entire house. We agreed on the cost and she and a co-worked cleaned the house the same day. Very willing to work when you need her to, after hours and on weekends if necessary. Very unusual for a cleaning service. Did a great job!
