A & D Framing & Drywall LLC

Alberto, my licensed contractor is a heck of a drywall man, he is a man of all trades, he also did great job installing three rooms of flooring. His prices are very reasonable! He stands by his warranty!!

I hired Alberto to look at my wall and they ended up doing 2 bathroom remodels, last week I noticed that the walls are moving away from the bathtub, I called Alberto and he scheduled an appointment, they did not show, since then I have not been able to talk to him after several calls, I even sent him an email with photos showing the problem (With HomeAdvisor s help the issue was resolved).

Very professional, excellent work, finished product looks like new.

worked steady and kept every thing neat and clean. very organized. did not waist time.

Mrs. Flores was hired to reframe or to set straight a crooked front door with gaps on the sides, change the door's lock and handle for a new set, and repaint entrance wrought iron gate. He and his son spent a good deal of time working on the projects. They had a hard time managing the tasks. A few minutes after they were gone, I tried to lock the fixed door, but I couldn't. They came back to fix it an hour later, and said he would check back with me to make sure it was working. The next day I realized the door was showing the same gaps, but knowing that he tried to fix things so hard but couldn't, I did patch up the gaps myself. A month went by, and one day the new door handle set fell apart when I tried to open door. I called Mr. Flores immediately, sent e-mail, called again, but he never did get back to me. Obviously, Mr. Flores doesn't have the skills or abilities to fix things, and with his $75.00 an hour fee it almost seems dishonest that he calls himself a handyman.

I think he is a good electrician but not for a job like putting TV stand together or mounting bracket on the wall to hang TV.

Very professional. He took a job that no one wanted to do. Alberto and Able did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Great handyman

The owner is an affable guy. As for his crew, the first two parts of a three-part job were 5-star. But on the third part of the job (interior) there were problems. We have reached an agreement with the contractor and the details will not be publicly disclosed.

Solid workmenship!

Awesome handyman. I'm pleased with the quality of work Carlos & his friends did @ my house. I wholeheartedly recommend Alberto's dry wall to all of my friends.

I HIRED THEM TO DO INTERIOR WALL PAINTING OF MY HOME IN VARIOUS COLORS, INCLUDING BASEBOARDS DOOR JAMS AND DOOR MOULDING. I AM A VERY METICULOUS PERSON WHEN IT COME TO MY HOME. THEY CAME BACK TWICE FOR TOUCH-UPS. AFTER THAT, THE END RESULTS WAS PERFECT. i AM MORE THAN JUST EXTREMELY PLEASED. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. SINCE i MIXED MY OWN COLORS AND BOUGHT ALL OF THE PAINT, THEY HAD NEVER DONE A JOB THAT USED THE COLORS I HAD MIXED AND ALBERTO AND HIS CREW THOUGHT THE COLORS WERE SO GREAT. I OFFERED ALBERTO THAT IF HE EVER WANTED TO SHOW MY WALL COLORS TO A POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMER, HE COULD CALL ME AND SET UP A TIME TO SHOW THEM MY HOME WALL COLORS. THERE IS PROBABLY NO OTHER HOME IN PAHRUMP, NEVADA THAT HAS THESE TYPE OF COLORS. IF YOU EVER NEED YOUR HOME PAINTED, CALL ALBERTO, THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS GREAT. LATER ON HE IS GOING TO PAINT THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND HIM AND HIS PRICES

I needed a security door installed. Alberto was friendly and on time.
