When my appointment time came and went, I called They then came about 2 hours late. After giving me an initial quote of $190.00 (parts and labor), they left to get the parts. They called me and told me the parts were $225.00 and the total would be $310.00. After I made 4 phone calls, I found the parts for $91.00 and change. They advised they would return the next day to finish the job. They pocketed $40.00 for a service call and went silent. 10 phone calls went to a full mailbox, 3 texts and 2 emails went unanswered. I now have the parts I found and bought myself, a partially disassembled washing machine, and no way to wash my clothes.
