Daniel arrived on time, early in fact. Answered all of my questions, did what he said he would do ,for the price he quoted on the phone. Work was excellent and he cleaned up too!

Daniel went the extra mile to make sure that my TV was mounted properly and well connected. He removed the old TV and checked to see if we could use the existing mount and save money. When my new TV did not sit leveled, he began to troubleshoot different ideas to see if it could be correct. He discovered a bearing was missing and installed the new mount, making adjustments that were needed. My job took longer than expected, but Daniel wanted to make sure that everything was working properly. I would recommend ADK to anyone and plan to use them again in the near future!

What started off as an awesome business to customer experience turned into a homeownerâ s nightmare. After purchasing our dream TV - 75 inch. We hired ADK Audio & Video to mount it for us. He seemed very polite & knowledgeable. We showed him where to mount the TV which the wall was opposite side of our garage / laundry room. He was fully aware that pipes were in that wall. Well in mounting the bracket he put a hole in a pipe and water was everywhere. We ended up with our water turned off for 5 hours and large hole in our wall for three days. We were very understanding and he was very apologetic. After all it was an â accidentâ . He advised that his insurance would cover everything and he was not charging us for his service. He provided a plumber and dry wall expert who repaired everything. He agreed to come back and mount the TV. With the hole in the wall he now knew just where to mount the TV. Once all the repairs were done, we texted him and called him and he never responded. We would have appreciated a phone call or text stating that he had no desire to finish the job. His lack of desire to finish the job displayed his lack of business integrity and just plain common courtesy. Nonetheless, we hired someone else to finish the job.

The communication was excellent and arrived on time. We had a slight change to the installation but he was able to easily accommodate the change with the trip to the nearby Home Depot. I would recommend Daniel to all my friends.

Daniel was great. He knew what he was doing, worked quickly and cleanly, and everything is now good to go (The only thing that slowed him down was that the cable I bought was too short). Nice guy. I would definitely call on him again.
