Jose was great to work with from the beginning. I even had to ask him to wait for almost a month because the property had to be reviewed by the historic preservation commission. He and his crew did an excellent job.

He gave a square footage price and then added costs for things that should have been included. Refused to back fill after forms removed without additional cost.

Demoed a storage building and old concrete/stone pool fountain, the area was so clean when they were done! Then took out a large tree that was behind the shed. I liked their work so much I had Jose pour a small concrete patio beside the pool and will have come back to do my fence. Great all around contractor.

It is basically a one man operation so he progresses slowly but thoroughly. I am very satisfied with the overall performance.

Contractor arrived on time everyday and informed me of his intended accomplishments for that day, which he completed. He would also make sure everything was cleaned up at the of each day. He was very kind and considerable and completed the job on time.

By Steve and Rose in Arlington, TX We had a part of our driveway replaced, an extension and repair. We dealt with a guy named Jose. He was very professional. Reasonable price. Despite bad weather, he got the job done in a reasonable time. We are very satisfied. We had included pressure wash in the quote for cleaning. Right after our job, he was hired by our next door neighbor. Good job and thanx Jose.

Clean up could of been better, and would get on the job before 10 or 11 A.M. The work was great, but could of done a better job on the clean up part of the work, plus still have the form board on the concrete, but maybe it should be there but I should know if this is the right way for the concrete to setup.
