ADM Contracting

Dennis Mehegan the owner of ADM took over $23k, and didnâ t finish the job and what he and his multiple of different helpers every few days that showed up did what work they did do incorrectly. Plumbing, tile/grout leveling, painting, installing windows, etc etc. The job was supposed to take approximately 32 days, 87 days later still not completed and if you try to have a conversation with him he gets all defensive and loud and talks like you the customer is an idiot. So he left with all his tools and crew and left us and Iâ m handicapped with a house thatâ s far worse than we they began. You e been warned Stay Away far far Away!

It is my pleasure to write this unsolicited recommendation on behalf of Dennis Mehegan of ADM Contracting. Dennis was the contractor for a comprehensive renovation project of the master bathroom of my house in 2016. Dennis also completed several other smaller projects on my house. The quality of work was consistently excellent. When unforeseen problems surfaced Dennis quickly identified a solution. Dennis has superb communication skills and attention to detail. I was impressed with his commitment to homeowner satisfaction. In a business where substandard work and poor service are all too common, Dennis is a rare find. Dennis was very patient with our ever-changing ideas. He and his crews did a wonderful job on the many projects completed.

Started out as just a few minor repairs and liked him so much that I had a bathroom remodeled and then booked two other bathrooms to be remodeled. He will be remodeling the rest of my townhouse as well. Has a great eye for color and details that I wouldn't have even thought of.

ADM was able to start my ceiling replacement project soon after hiring them. They worked quickly and professionally. I trusted them in my home even when we had to leave alone. I would hire them for future projects.

ADM was a great value and provided excellent workmanship. We hired them to do a bathroom reno. The owner planned it with us, laid out the options, and provided an accurate estimate. ADM did not try to upsell us on more expensive work. The ADM owner laid out the spectrum of costs and options from less to more expensive, and let the homeowner decide. Throughout the project ADM was flexible to add-ons mid-project. The ADM team was disciplined in its work; they arrived at 07:30 each day, took a short lunch and worked without interruption until clean-up at 4:30 pm each day. The Owner is "local" and takes pride in his work and reputation. They did such a great job, we hired them to do a second bathroom...with the same great results. We will absolutely use them again.

Quality of work is outstanding. They do what they say they will do. They have a broad range of capabilities.

ADM is: 1) Super Dependable - they were always at my home at the time they stated. 2) Outstanding Quality of Work - the work was done very well and was very professional 3) Honest Estimates of time and cost - We knew upfront the approximate amount of time that a job would take and how much it would cost. ADM did several projects for us and each one was within the estimated cost. 4) Trustworthy - I had no concerns having them in my home either with or without my presence. I would recommend ADM to anyone; they are awesome!
