Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
I hired ADO for a job that should have taken three weeks, instead it took 5 months. Derek has great ideas but difficulty in bringing them to reality. He is always changing his mind on how to do things, therefore nothing gets accomplished in a reasonable amount of time. It took constant supervision on my part to keep him and his people working and on track. His crew changed over just about every three days for what ever reason, I am not sure. ADO has finally finished my landscaping with the exception of delivering 5 ton of rock (for which I have paid for) and repairing a couple of things within the sprinkling system. Derek says he will deliver the rock and take care of the other problems, but I am not holding my breath. Derek is a nice enough guy he just cannot stay focused long enough to finish a job in a reasonable amount of time, which will make his customers happy and keep a profit in his pocket. I really cannot in good conscience recommend ADO unless you have the time and the patience. Someday Derek will be a very good landscaper, but right now he is very green.

Derek was nice enough but his first subcontractor to remove the tree let the branches fall and this caused a lot of damage. However, the second subcontractor lowered all the branches with ropes and did an excellent job. The stump remover did a good job also. The clean up was slow coming and therefore we did alot of the cleanup ourselves but for the inconveniences Derek offered to lay sod free in the fall.

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Repair
I was very pleased with the service I received from Derek Thiess. He went out of his way to come to my house even though I called him late in the evening and he had several other stops to make. He took time to explain the problem and show me how to make some of the adjustments myself. I will definetly recommend him to my friends and family.
