David replaced a damaged non-standard sized passage door between the garage and house, replaced siding damaged in a wind storm, and replaced a malfunctioning garage door opener keypad, all at my mother's home. He was professional, and worked clean. My mother said the crew was wonderful. She is extremely pleased with the quality of their work. We highly recommend ADR Complete Service, Inc.

Very reliable. They were always on time as promised. The work was excellent and they handled everything with care. Extremely courteous and responded quickly to calls and texts. Would definitely hire them again.

Very professional work. Also arrived on time and took the time to test and walk through the tasks that were completed. I would have given a five star rating if I had not experienced some avoidable frustration. First, I paid for the work immediately after it was complete and was promised an invoice by the next day. Several months, including emails, text, voicemail, I still have not gotten an invoice. Also, I needed to have my deck refurbished and they completed a review the same day and promised to have a quote sent to me soon. I never got the quote.

The contractor was not proactive or straightforward regarding the number of people. I had to leave two voice mails and an email to tell him I would contact a different contractor if someone didn?t show up within 1 hour of the scheduled time. He should have let me know if someone was going to be late. Really zero stars for him. The cleaner did an excellent job - hence the three stars - sort of an average between the manager?s nonchalance and the worker?s excellent performance.

I had no way to see the result. Before and after pictures would have been great.

They were very fast and courteous.

He is very thorough and very detail oriented in his repairs, he always try to look for the best option and stays within your budget. He also has a helper that helps him speed up his work. He responds immediately and promptly to my emails and calls. He has done work for my neighbor as well and uses him continuously.
