I wish I had asked for an estimate before they did the work. For all I know, the other companies would've been just as expensive. He gave me a very good deal for which I was grateful, so I have no complaints with THEM; I just had no idea there was a base $600 fee to come to the house. I was so miserable in the heat, I didn't ask the right questions. Again--they did a wonderful job, and for all I know, the other companies would've charged the same thing or more. They did a fine job and I might hire them again--but, although this wasn't a true "emergency", it sort of was for me. Great folks. :)

Wow!!! My AC went out Thurs. evening. He was my house within an hour and fixed it on the spot for a VERY reasonable price. Very nice guy. I would call him again.

Great company! My home AC unit stopped working on a Friday night, and I received a service call Saturday afternoon. The gentleman (Chris) was very professional, honest, fair and performed outstanding work. I'd recommend ADR to anyone.

While it's 105 outside our A/C qut working. We have a home warranty and this is a covered item, so they were our first phone call. 18 hours of 95 degree heat inside later, we finally decided to reach out to someone else. Less than 2 minutes after I submitted the request, Chris with ADR gave me a call. I explained the situation, and asked if he would consider billing our home warranty company so we would not be out of pocket for what should be a covered expense. Less than 30 minutes later, he was at our house, fixed the problem, and invoiced the warranty company. He was very professional, inccredibly accomodating, and just saved the day!!

The tech made the diagnosis and made sure we got the part even though he had to drive well (100 miles) out of his way - to make sure we had air conditioning when we were expecting it. Very professional - would recommend this company to anyone. Very fair price and friendly!

Chris came out to my house to see why the a/c was not cooling. Chris actually got there a bit earlier than the scheduled time and within 30 minutes he had diagnosed the problem AND fixed it! Chris was very help and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. He gave some pointers to help reduce the monthly electric bill, as well as giving a quote for a new unit. He explained what material he uses, and what materials others might use that I would need to keep my eye on. His visit was scheduled for 4pm. by 4:30 he was already gone! It was such a relief to find someone who did not keep me waiting all afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend Chris and ADR!!

His price was very reasonable. He did not even charge me to come and look at my A/C unit. He even came and worked on Sunday! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
