Project: Build a Pool Deck
I would advise anyone to use them because they were great! They answered all of my questions even the ones that I didn't even know or think to ask and completed the job on time. I've already recommended them to my friends. They were great.

A rental property I own in Sherwood was flooded in April 2017 during a major flood event. Every contractor was packed to the roof with jobs as a result. I started going down the list alphabetically, not knowing what to expect. I got in touch with Don and he went out to the house the very next morning to inspect the damage, which was significant. Throughout the entire process of working with him, I found Don to be incredibly professional and a great communicator. He consulted with me on every detail and if something I requested could not be done within the insurance payment I received, he always gave me options that would work. Most importantly, Don and his team were at the property when they said they would be and did what they promised to do, which seems to be the exception rather than the rule these days. I would not hesitate to hire A and D Restoration if I have future needs. Don is a pro.

They did such a great job in a very timely manner. We had a horrible leak which is also around the time I hurt my knee and had surgery. Mr. Don was very accommodating and worked so hard to get everything done as soon as possible. Great customer service and the flooring company that they used also did an amazing job! They made everything seamless. I would recommend them to everyone!

I hired this contractor at the end of 2015 to R&R the flooring in my home due to water damage. He contracted another company to complete the flooring. I had several complaints during the re-installation process that were basically ignored. Like all the cracks in the wood and huge divots from the workers just dropping their tools on the floor. I was told this was normal and I should be happy with the work. Now my flooring is buckled in every room and no one wants to take fault and honor the warranty. They are saying that it was due water damage so I had a plumber come out and show that there were no leaks. Even after this they still do not want to take responsibility for their poor work. Do not hire Don to do any work for you. Once he gets his money he is done and does not want to help resolve any issues.
Response by A&D Restoration, Inc.: After tear out and be for installing new wood we took moisture levels on new wood and existing sub-floor, all was good. When Mr. Kelly called us months had passed and many rains, we went had a look, took moisture readings witch was off the chart, I new what the problem was then and told him but he was not convinced. So I told Mr. Kelly that I would hire a leak detection company to investigate and he said he would do so, I ask him to please let me know when they would be there. He called and had hired American Leak Detectors out of Little Rock Arkansas. I was on site when they were there. After there investigation there conclusion was off the chart high moisture level under the house, No leaks, a small drip from one shower drain witch could not damage any of the flooring because it was only dripping on to the ground. Mr. Kelly was not satisfied with that, so he called the Arkansas Contractors Board and after another month or month and a half of there investigating they came to the conclusion that A & D was not responsible. They said in there letter if the home owners wanted to pursue it in court that would be up to them. He threatened to do so, but has not up to this time and its been years.. So now A&D has had American Leak Detectors and the Arkansas Contractors Board investigate and A&D has not been found liable. Mr. Kelly's house is on a slope, when it rains water runs under his house and is held under his house for quite some time, there is no moisture barrier under his house. When Mr. Kelly first called his insurance co. due to a supposedly a shower leak they wrote an estimate and paid for many rooms of damage. That's when Mr. Kelly called us. We went there and was told there was a shower leak and all of this damage was to be repaired. We thought nothing of it, we see leaks all the time that do such damage. But in this case there was never no such leak that caused any damage to anything other than the bathroom floor. And it was from a shower drain and the insurance paid him for most all of his flooring throughout his house when the damage was due to moisture level problems.. So therefore the Insurance adjuster misread the situation and paid him thousands of dollars they should not have. As far as the shower drain A & D did not replace that, it was done by a plumber he hired. Now after all this time Mr. Kelly is still trying to hurt A&D anyway he can. I felt sorry for Mr. and Mrs. Kelly, I offered to help him in any way I could, I offered for him to use my drying equipment free of charge. I feel bad for Mr. and Mrs. Kelly and there problem. And I feel bad that he cannot see that the problems with his flooring had nothing to do with A & D. Thank You, Don Broussard / Owner
