AD Shapiro Architects is an experienced yet small vibrant firm established in 1994. Projects ranging from Office Buildings with TI's, mixed-use buildings to single family home designs and remodels. We strive for our projects mesh with the surrounding landscape and contribute positively to the community. Our design process begins with listening to the client verbalize their objectives space by space, resulting in the formation of a Functional Program outlining the goals & objectives for how the client intends to live in function with the space. Conceptual Design follows with broad sketches giving the clients several different options to choose from, yielding the final solution as a composite of the initial options. Design Development fleshes these ideas out in a more detailed manner and eventually leads to Construction Documents used in the permitting and building processes.
