It should be noted that Scott Kelly & his team provide services in Queens, NY. On 2/11/2025, Mr. Kelly mentioned that he was working on a neighbor's property & had miscalculated the amount of ready-mix concrete required for the job. As a result, he quoted me $2,800 to resurface my driveway due to excess materials. I informed him that someone would be at my home before he commenced the work. However, he moved a vehicle from my property to the street without consent, claiming that his brother operates a towing company & had relocated it. This information was found to be false. Mr. Kelly & his team used a hook to maneuver the vehicle out of the driveway to lay ce. On 2/13/2025, I contacted him to express my dissatisfaction with the job. He agreed to stop by on 2/17/25. Mr. Kelly misrepresented the work done on my neighbor's property as it never happened. Also the business address provided on the receipt does appear to exist. He never showed up on 2/17/25 & blocked me

Now Scott is in NY and deceiving people here too. I have gotten nothing but the runaround from this man. And now he's blocked me. See attached pictures.

Terrible. If you want someone that says heâ ll come back to fix the areas he missed then give you all sorts of excuses and the runaround, Scott is your guy. Never again!!

I reached out to ADT and 3 other contractors to quote sealing my driveway, ADT was quick to respond with a fair price, was very professional and did such an excellent job that he now is sealing 40 driveways in the community I am living in. I highly recommend hiring Advanced Driveway Technologies
