Appliance Repair

Hired Stanley Lane of Advanced Appliance to repair my refrigerator. He needed to order the part. Asked me to give him $500 and make the check out to him. He said he was unable to take my credit card. He did no paperwork and told me he wouldnâ  t charge me tax. He went from here directly to the bank to cash the check. Iâ  ve called and texted multiple times getting short curt text responses, the last being he has a family emergency. Ten days later heâ  s not responding at all! DO NOT HIRE this guy. He is stealing money from elderly people. I find no license for him and multiple complaints at the Better Business Bureau. Iâ  ve hired a different repair company that will be here today.

We paid him 500.00 to repair my mother in laws refrigerator..he needed to order parts, he called to say parts came in ( three months later) set up a time to fix it..never showed up. Will not return our phone calls..do not hire him he steals your money and not reliable!

I have used his service before. This time, he took my check for $460 over two weeks ago,( said he needed parts), made out to Advanced Appliance repeair, cashed it within a half hour and never came back to do the job. I called him several times and he has not returned my call. He has done this to other senors in Chattaroy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Stanley was courteous, professional, trustworthy, hard working, and went above and beyond to get our parts needed, and the work done to complete the repair ASAP! I was beyond satisfied and impressed. I will be using Stanley for all our future appliance repair or installation needs in the future and highly recommend him. Thank you Stanley.
