We highly recommend AD Vice for any of your home projects. He has done several of our home remodeling projects with great attention to detail. He's a professional and very courteous. The Best Remodeler in Town!

So many negative items To report. Dave does NOT write anything down and has a very poor memory. Case in point concerned our going to the marble and quartz warehouse. Walked the lot for several hours and picked out the exact pieces that we wanted. Dave told us that he had to leave for another meeting but would come back later in the day to buy those specific pieces. One week later he called and asked what the names were. He had not gone back and the pieces we had picked were gone. Back to square one. Dave was MIA several days and what he had promised would be a three weeks'' job turned into six without completion. The last several weeks he had no skilled workers helping him preferring to do the job himself with the result of extremely poor work. An example of this was when we chose tile for the shower floor and Dave decided to put in another pattern. He apologized and laid our pattern over the first.. Even then, he did not level the floor or seem concerned that it did not drain properly. Finally, we fired him due to loss of confidence in Mr. Vice. We will be starting demolition of all tile work and then having the shower reconstructed at a significant extra cost to us after paying him to do the complete job. As another person noted in their review, he cursed not only at my wife several times but also showed his dark side by antagonizing the building engineer, the building manager, and several building personnel here in the high rise in which we reside. He constantly complained about us being "perfectionists" (his term) since we asked that the job be done well. Since we were paying the large bill, I do not believe that we were incorrect in our assessment of the shoddy work.

I had a wonderful experience getting my home remodeled with David. I had some cabinet resurfacing/painting done and upgraded the master bathroom. David had wonderful design ideas. He went with me to the paint store/tile store to pick out colors. The shower he designed was amazing! The work was finished on time. Two months out, I can still call him with questions and he always answers my phone call. I would definitely recommend him!

Dave did a great job. Reasonable price and great to work with. Definitely would hire him again.

Dave is an excellent contractor- up front and honest, takes pride in the work product, and truly cares about the work that he does and the clients that he helps. He provided excellent opinions and suggestions throughout the process, from design all the way through to completion. And the work was extremely efficient, finishing well ahead of schedule. I would recommend Dave to any homeowner.

I have mixed feelings about our experince. First off, let me say that as far as value for our money we did get a lot done for the price we paid. Granted, Dave was a long time in between jobs and he underbid our job to get the work but, so be it. Dave is a good guy, but you HAVE to stay on top of him every step of the way over the details. He's basically a good guy (which is a good quality to have) but at times takes a shortcut to get things "done". In the end, value and greater livability was added to our home...just be clear that YOU have to make sure the details are all accounted for.

David is extremely conscientious and has quality subcontractors that he manages to maintain schedule, while providing quality workmanship.

I added a master bedroom and spa bathroom to our home. A.D.Vice Construction helped us design the rooms and drew the plans for us. The job was completed on schedule and within budget. Dave was there everyday supervising his workers. The addition turned out great. I would recommend A.D.Vice Construction anyone.

I have used Dave on several remodeling and house addition projects over a 6 year period. Three of the projects were of substantial size. I have always been pleased with his work and am happy to recommend him to others.

We were at our wits' end with a leak at our chimney. After today's storm, we're confident that Dave knew exactly what to do when others didn't. We interviewed several contractors, and Dave was the only one who took the time to listen to our concerns, troubleshoot the potential causes and ultimately solve the problem. We are very satisfied with Dave's work and most of all his character.

We had a unique job and Dave was able to accommodate our needs and requirements.

Timely work, good quality, and well done, honest

I asked for a 6 or 7 job on a scale of 1-10. I feel I got a 4. He was forgetful ,ordered the wrong parts, did not follow thru on orders he took. He was polite and apoligized for the problems. His touch ups need to be touched up. He said he found 15$ in a room and was going to give it back but has not yet. I have never worked with a contractor before and did not know what to expect. This has taught me alot for next time.

Dave had a competent staff of people working on our home. He was responsive and finished the projects as quickly as he could. He was willing to come back and fix the few little things we asked him to fix.

Dave is a nice man. He has difficulty completing tasks and makes poor choices in assistants. The work that he did took too long, was not professionally done, and they never cleaned up after themselves. Additionally, they caused me to have to hire more workmen to complete the work they could not get done, as well as the "make work" they left behind. When I contacted him to discuss the completion of his work he did not arrive and put me off all day, with a message that maybe tomorrow would be better. And, they took my trash cans. I would not hire them for any large job.

A.D. Vice Construction did an excellent job in remodeling our hot-tub room (size : 18'x14') into a beautiful study/reading room. In addition to the fine craftsmanship, David Vice offered very helpful suggestions and alternatives at the beginning and during the project. A.D. Vice Construction completed the job in a timely manner and within budget.

Finally we asked Dave Vice to do more than we first decided because he and his team work very well!

1.Powerpoint presentation is impressive. 2.First week of work was reliable. 3.The rest of the schedule fell apart. 4.Using day laborers and substandard contractors compounded the tardiness and shotty workmanship. 5.Cutting of corners at every oportunity. 6.Cussing and swearing at me at 2 different times. 7.Would never use him again.

They did very good work and worked around my schedule. I had around 1200 Sf of tile installed in about 1 weeks time. He did a great job and gave me the product I asked for. fixing any minor flaws in the tile work that were barely even noticable. I highly reccomend them to anyone who needs tilework done.

My original plan was to have the brick installed with mortar joints. thought side-by-side installation would look better. I defered to his judgment and the bricks were laid side-by-side. He did a good job; however, as a matter of personal taste I should have stuck to my original plan.
