A&D WIND AND DOORS LLC

The only complaint I have is that I cannot give Adrian 10 stars on here. Adrian has been nothing short of amazing in the job I hired him for, which included installing two impact rated exterior doors. I found Adrian to have a great attitude and very friendly personality. I was having a hard time choosing a design for my front door. So Adrian invited me to the Eco warehouse to have a look at door designs in person to help me make a decision. This immensely helped me to finally make a decision on the front door and to finally hire him. His customer service skills are superb. To hire Adrian, like other contractors, I had to pay him a certain percentage of the agreed upon price upfront. Instead of disappearing on me after being paid like other awful contractors, Adrian kept me informed throughout the entire process. I never had to call him to find out the status of the project because he would always contact me first to inform me on the status. Every time I had to call him because I had another question, he would almost always answer. The rare times he would not answer he would call me back almost immediately. Again, this is even after having paid him a certain percentage upfront. I greatly admire this aspect about him. As far as the outcome of the job itself, I have two beautiful, professionally installed doors to show for it thanks to Adrian's excellent and professional workmanship.

If you are looking for a professional , responsible , reliable and affordable company call LosaLi . I needed to replace a sliding door on my condo, I was having water infiltration for over a year every time it rained . I had around 14 companies looking at the issue but no one knew where all this water was in fact coming into my bedroom though this sliding door. I was living a nightmare, I had mold, I hit very sick due to this and I had to do a mold remediation and cut the walls open .I decided to end this nightmare and invest in a new sliding door . It was so hard almost imposible to find someone to work in my condo, companies prefer houses . I was very sad , it took me a long time to make this decision and now I couldn t find a company wiling to do it. A friend recommended me LosaLi, Adrian came in person , look at the problem and provided with his profesional advise. He kept me informed at all times of the progress of the permits and materials . When they had everything they needed , they cane and did the job. They were very detailed and cautious during every step of the work. Two day later they came back for he final inspection and to complete the final seal. They were super organized , clean and they had all the tools required for the job. They really care about people, their work was impecable . I will recommend them 100% . Thank you LosaLi, thank you Adrian ! Now I can move on with my like , you guys are the best!

After searching for hurricane windows and door, looking for a fair price compared to the ridiculous that exist in the market on these days, i found LosaLi Enterprise, Adrian Losa (owner) and his team made the windows for my apartment and the entry door with the Eco Windows System products. He was very detailed from the beginning until the end of it. He has a high experience in this field for more than 10 years. The good thing is that i only have to deal with him, not with a salesman, secretary etc.. he became everything in one person, from the sales, permits, installations supervision, to the orders, etc, Highly recommended!!!

Adrian, was very professional installing are doors. Also Made sure we was happy with the job. Had to have him come back out for just few little things. Was very prompt and on time when was scheduled to meet us. Went above and beyond making sure we was happy the job he did. Great customer service. Would hire him agin in the future.

We had a great experience with Adrian as we had outstanding customer service , he always answered our phone calls and once he started the project he stayed until he finished. The only delay we had was due to a hurricane Dorian but that was to be expected.

We had a wonderful experience with Adrian Losa. The entire project went smoothly. The finish work on the door we had installed was perfect. He was always quick to keep us informed of the progress. I was impressed that we had no cleanup needed after the installation. He left the area as clean as he found it. I would definitely recommend him to friends.

Great service. It was done in time and very professional. I will hire them again. Thanks.

The workers were very professional and completed the project on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them.

The whole team is professional, skillful, and nice. Jobs well done and clean.
