They did very good work.

Stay away from this company! Were sent from the warranty company and after first visit, ordered parts and a week later installed. Never checked the machine to see if that was the fix. Had to call them back out and then was told the machine was not level although was level the 2 1/2 years prior. Tech stated that the rear of the machine needed to be raised. That was done which made the machine unlevel. So, I lifted the front of the machine to level and the tech used that as a reason machine would not work. Fast forward, 3 visits later still not working after 7 weeks. Now the company is refusing to come back out. The issue is the tech does not know how to fix it and cannot make any more excuses. The company will not take my call and has no voice mail. This company will not be in business long if this happens to others. The warranty company will drop them as a provider once they investigate complaints. I am sure they will make up some excuse but the bottom line is that the tech is not knowledgeable enough to repair appliances.

I called A Dobre Day LLC because my dishwasher would not turn on. The unit is only 4 years old so I could not imagine why it would not work. The guy came to my house took a few screws out literally moved the dishwasher around a few times and it came back on. I said to him, wow man it looks like you made a quick turnaround. I asked the guy what could have happened and he said sometimes the plug comes out. So he left all was good the dishwasher worked great until 5 days later and it stopped again. This time I moved it around and it came back on. Two days later it stopped and would not come back on. So I first emailed the company and I did not get an answer. Today I called I spoke with the lady who answered the phone and she asked me if I called an electrician. I said why would I do that since I was told if it happened again to call them back again. The lady argued with me that the guy told me it was electrical and the plug was loose. This never happened, if anything would have been said about needing an electrician I would have had one come over and fix it. The issue is that I spent almost $100 and he did not fix it. Matter of fact the last said the guy looked behind the machine and saw where loose. I was standing there the whole time and I guarantee he NEVER PULLED THE MACHINE OUT. The bottom line- these people are not honest. Be careful of what they tell you.

Tech arrived on time. Explain maybe what the problem was. Said someone would send quote on work, been trying to contact company an no response. Not a happy customer. Would not recommend for looking at clothes washer.

Cost of part needed was expensive. Firm did search for the cheapest available

The service man was very professional and polite. Knowledgeable and explained in languages that you could understood. Wasted no time messing around.
