I am a senior citizen and I was robbed for over $240 the owner would not even come back to repair what had broken nor could he complete the job. He tried to milk the clock on me by the hour of $115. I had to call another company out to completed my gate which was done in less than an hour. Do not use a plus door and gate services.

"Sir we apologize for your experience. As we tried explaining after we installed the parts you ordered off the internet, on the gate you said hadn?t ran in quite some time, there were some things we ran into that were unexpected. We are glad to hear that someone was able to get it up and running after you told us to leave the property at the two hour mark that was estimated. And since you had someone finish the repairs that we weren?t allowed to, they should cover any warranty issues you may have as we were unable to complete any repairs due to your time constraints. You were charged two hours of labor, and the extra few feet of chain you miss"

I was in desperate need of somebody fast to come and fix my garage door and molding and Josh replied very quickly. He showed up explained how he could fix it. He went right out and got the parts and came back and it was done quickly. He did an amazing job. And I'm going to recommend him to everybody that I know. Without him coming as fast as he did and doing such a great job, I don't know what I would have done. Excellent work, great price.

Garage door spring broke. I called and they showed up the next morning on time. They replaced both springs, lubed the rollers and adjusted everything. Works very smoothly! Clean, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them!
