Mr. Wise has been working with us as a Property Manager and Handyman for our Airbnb property for a year now and we couldn’t be happier. Mr. Wise also did projects on the house prior to it being an Airbnb. He is professional and knowledgeable and more importantly is amazing at communicating. Mr. Wise will discuss the project, his cost, and any materials needed upfront. You will know what you are paying before he starts the job which was amazing for everyone like me on a budget. Mr. Wise is a professional but more importantly he became like family to us. The trust he provides was more than I could pay anyone to provide and was priceless. I would recommend Mr. Wise to anyone who needed any work down to their home!

He never completed the job, I paid him for the service, he took my money and left, the work that he did was so bad that I had it to be re done, he left debris and ruined appliances such as door handles and I had to replace those, he left mud- cement on the patio.

Very unqualified. I hired Ad Home Improvements, entered into a contract for bathroom remodel. Wall feels like sandpaper. Dents were not filled in as requested. Spilled paint over several items in the bathroom and did not clean up. There is a space left between vanity and mirror that he taped and when he took the tape off he did not paint it. Dents, bulges and hole are still there.

I had a great experience. I would hire again. I hired for things such as hanging up pictures, curtain rods, and few repairs in the home. Little on the pricey side, but he is flexible with scheduling. So it went great. Thanks!
