A&E Glass

At first, everything seemed great ? almost too great. We used this company on one house and were convinced we had found our go-to glass company. Good communication, smooth process, no red flags. So naturally, we moved forward with them on a second house. That?s where things took a sharp turn. What started off fine quickly went south. Communication became inconsistent, promises were made and not kept, and eventually we were flat-out ghosted. No follow-through, no accountability, and no effort to stand behind their word. The frustrating part is that this didn?t have to end this way. They could have had repeat business, referrals, and many more jobs ? I personally know family and friends who all need windows. Instead, they chose not to do what they said they would do. Because of that, I wouldn?t recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately, after this experience, I wouldn?t even pass along their number to someone I didn?t like ? let alone family or friends. Disappointing outcome

Pure and simple, these folks are fraudsters and scammers. Now that I have your attention allow me to explain why I will give them two stars. They are a small "company" which is really just a Husband and Wife with their daughter helping out. Nothing wrong with that. They sold me on replacing the glass through my entire house with three promises, in writing. #1 That the job would take 11 days. (Quote received and downpayment made on January 20th, it's now May 6th and still not done) #2. Cash discount (they made good on that) and #3. That there would be a 10 year warranty. They have yet to respond about finishing the job as they installed the wrong glass on the front door. The glass on the front door is also the wrong size and lets wind through. They are choosing to ignore my text messages about the warranty and finishing the job. Sammy claims to be blind now, which if true, sure, but then why not give me the warranty information for the glass? They install with extremely poor craft

Such a great service and very reasonable prices. The staff was very professional. Would definitely work with them again. The lady over the phone looked up my house on google maps so she could see what needed to be done. The job was completed in under 15 minutes.

These people were poor communicators. They came on a Thursday and told me they would deliver the pane for the broken window on Friday. I was at home all day and did not hear from them. Late in the afternoon on Friday I called and they said it would be Monday before it would be delivered. Same scenario on Monday, they told me it would be Tuesday before it would be delivered. Finally on Tuesday it was delivered. The work was adequate but dealing with this company is a nightmare!

They replaced 43 windows for us. They were on time, communicated every step of the way, and finished ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They truly did an awesome job!

We have been very disappointed with him as he does not come when he says and he does not call to let us know it will be another day. Lacks communication. Still not done and hired him the first of April. He was having problems getting parts and still do not have them.
