Swimming Pool Remodeling
Never use Lee or Liel chapa. Stole thousands from our project and then left 10,000 worth of work uncompleted and is unreachable. He is also a UPS employee apparently who likes to steal on the side. His ethics are broken and he will never successfully operate a business.

BEWARE: Lee Chapa is a crook and a thief. After many delays and excuses, he took off with a large sum of our money and stopped responding to our calls and texts, never completing our project. He frequently changes the name of his pool company and has many judgments and liens against him. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. It will save you from the endless amount of stress and heartache this man will bring into your life, not to mention giving away your hard-earned money.
