They called for an appointment, went time came for their appointment they were running late 5-10 minutes. They called to inform me they were running late. They sent me a bid by email and called me to tell me they had sent the bid. I chose them and a date was set. They were there on time and went right to work. There was never a curse word or anything else out of the way. When they finished I received an invoice. They cleaned the work site and hauled everything away.
