Eddy was wonderful to work with. Raising the height of my block wall went well and high quality. I had about two hours of hard clean up after the workers left block chips and hardened mortar piles, paper, etc. I don't know if that is normal or not. I have recommended them to a neighbor who also has a block wall project. I talked to Eddy afterwards and he appologized and even offered to pay for my two hours work. Such integrity is rare. Of course I didn't accept but wanted him to just reteach his crew.

Great job

It was excellent. We tried for over a year to find out how to patch or repair some holes in the block wall caused by our neighbors' raised garden leeching water into the wall. We asked every home improvement place, Ace Hardware, and nurseries for advice. Finally, I turned to Home Advisor. I was contacted immediately by Eddie. He came, he saw, we talked. He showed me a photo of a similar wall with the same issue. We agreed on a cost and a time frame. The job was completed on the specified date. His workers were respectful of the neighbors and of me when they arrived early in the morning. The final cleanup was done on time. Would I hire them again? Yes.

When I was having a difficult time finding a supplier to raise our block walls I turned to Home Advisor. Literally, within minutes of my inquiry, A and E Masonary responded. Within 30 minutes of our phone conversation Eddy, the owner, was at our house. He gave us a clear estimate of the costs and I hired him. Within days our job was done. A bonus, his crew is his brother and two nephews. Hard workers, considerate of the owners and the neighbors, and cleaned up after the job. What more can I say!

These workers were great! They gave me a very reasonable estimate. Excellent quality work. They came the day they said they would. They kept contact with us and completed the jog in a timely manner.
