Silva Construction to pour a concrete slab foundation for a Red Iron building, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Arthur’s bid was highly competitive, and he was able to start a week and a half earlier than other companies, which saved my job site from being ruined by upcoming rains. What really set Arthur apart was his lifelong expertise. The job required precision placement of 18" anchor bolts. While another company lacked confidence in the layout, Arthur’s decades of experience (he’s been in the business since age 14) gave me total peace of mind. Arthur and his son arrived promptly on Friday to set up the forms. Their rock compaction and foundation prep work were executed so flawlessly that even the building inspector was thoroughly impressed.
