A.E.T. contacted me within a few minutes. Others called after the treatment was already completed. Eduardo committed to be at my home by 3:00 but instead called and asked if he could come at 2:30! Eduardo is very friendly and professional. He gave me an estimate for the outside and inside treatment but we weren't ready for the inside (required to be out for an hour) but he did commence the outside treatment. Looks good so far, and he also noticed one area that has some termite damage. I'll have to follow-up later if the treatments have been effective. Very satisfied thus far.

I haven't yet hired AET for the actual control process. Eric came over for consultation and inspection and gave me a friendly and excellent analysis about time and money involved in a way that is aligned with my financial condition and lifestyle. I would definitely recommend a AET inspection and subsequent action to anyone who is suspicious of possible infestation in their apartments/houses.
