Jay is a true professional. Prior to my fully moving in, the existing water softener malfunctioned. Over the phone Jay helped me navigate the situation. Weeks later, he contacted me and asked if I was ready to replace it. He came by and explained what type of system I could install. His honest approach and explanations convinced us to use him for our filtration system. His work was excellent and I recommend him wholeheartedly. It was a pleasure.

Jay came out same day even though it was late afternoon and stayed until the work was done right. Our system was flooded during Helene. Jay is truly an expert on water filtration. He walked us through everything that needed to be done and the costs. Then he went right to work and got it done expertly and efficiently. Along the way he gave us many tips on service and maintenance for our system. We recommend him highly for all water system projects.

The two calls I had before them didn’t fix the issue and I lost a tenant because of it. Jay got the job done & very quickly. He had options and laid them all out in a way that was very easy to understand. We should now be able to rent out the house now that this has been taken care of.

Jay reached out to me immediately after I requested the service. He arranged to come over the next day to fix my issue. Reported the issue before fixing it and illustrated the reason why my water softener was not working properly. Did an inspection and saw all other problems and suggested the solution and asked for approval to repair. Overall an outstanding customer service from Jay. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great service.
