I tried to contact him several times so he can finish the project I hired him for and paid for. After I paid him he did not come back to take away the junk he left on my yard. There is no trust in him anymore and he is not reliable. No communication

This pro is so unreliable and unprofessional and always late with lots of excuses. I should have known to not hire him when he showed over three hours late the first day. The job of installing double exterior doors that should have been done over a two day period, it took 3 days and work is still not finished. He left tacky caulk work that he was suppose to come back and smooth out but never came back or called. It now looks very unfinished and unappealing. When he tells you a time that he is coming he shows hours late with excuses and no phone call to let you know. One problem is he was doing another job at the same time somewhere else, so doing my work was not priority. He was told him in advance that I needed an itemized receipt of prices of materials and labor done and I have yet to receive it. So please beware of this person. He acts very polite but is not dependable at all. I do not recommend this person or construction company.

He is very punctual, he was there when he said he would be and on schedule, no changes to our agreement.
