"Hi Kathy, I am sorry if you have had a change of heart concerning the work that was completed at your home. I am actually shocked that you changed your review 8 months later and I believe the information in your second review to be wildly incorrect. You originally posted a 5.0 Star review of my company on October 2nd 2018. Below you can find your original posting. Rating and Review Submitted: 10/02/2018 Quality: 5.0 Customer Service: 5.0 Value for Money: 5.0 Overall: 5.0 Comments: Outstanding workmanship. After another painter had come in and painted our entire home, he had diluted the paint with water and drips were evident throughout the entire house. Our walls were destroyed. Furthermore, he had painted every room with flat paint and only with one coat of paint. The paint had started to crack everywhere and stains were everywhere. Tony came to the rescue. He was shocked at the poor workmanship and felt terrible we had been taken advantage of. He gave us a great price to fix the damage and repaint. The amount of work involved was staggering. His crew was phenomenal and worked tirelessly. Tony even worked with me on a color change in my living room. The difference in the quality of the work was unbelievable. He is meticulous and takes great pride in what he does. I will definitely hire him for other projects in our new home. Would you recommend INSIDE JOB to a friend or colleague? At that time you were trying to pursue legal action against the previous painting contractor and asked me if there was anything I could do to help you recover some of the money paid to the previous contractor. After careful consideration I decided it was not in my best interest to get involved in your legal matters. Months later you contacted me, upset that the BBB could not do much of anything to help you. You also expressed anger towards me because I didn't do anything to help you in your legal matters. I am sorry but I have no litigation experience, you also stated that you did not get a contract form the previous painter. The BBB told you without a contract there was little they or an attorney could do to help you. I understand that you are upset and frustrated that you were taken advantage of by this other contractor. If and attorney and the BBB tell you they cannot really help, there is very little for me to do. I believe your negative updated review was written is in anger due to my lack of involvement in your case against the previous contractor. I am sorry you were in that situation in the first place. I offered you a 1500.00 discount to help you. Simply because I felt bad for you and truly wanted to help. I am sorry but I do believe your second review to be correct. I feel 100 percent comfortable and justified asking you to change your second review to something that accurately represents the truth. I wish you the Best of Luck Kathy. Anthony Scally"
