We contacted AFS because we were concerned that our home may be 'settling." Jesse Shontz came to do our inspection. He listened to my concerns and explained in detail that there was no problem with the home's foundation. He also explained that one wall was slightly sagging but not enough to warrant a repair at this time. Jesse stated that building specs 35 years ago did not require that walls be reinforced like what is required today. Jesse also inspected my bathroom flooring and stated the existing cracks were a result of poor workmanship in the installation of the flooring and that it had nothing to do with settling or uneven flooring. We also discussed concrete cracks in the driveway. Jesse told us what he could do and how much it would cost, but that it would be purely cosmetic repairs. Our minds are now at peace about our home. We cannot recommend AFS to enough. An honest and trustworthy company!

Alex Parker is an outstanding representative to the company. He took his time to explain our situation and how we can fix the water problem He answered our questions and gave us confidence that what he suggested will work. He was honest and understood his product and the process well. As soon as we take care of the few things he suggested we do before the job begins we will call him to schedule the project.

Had to get a sub pump installed in my basement. Michael and Russell were very fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to do work with. Both were also great with communication. Highly recommend AFS.

Cody and crew was fantastic to work with. Very professional and always called each morning before coming.

The crew that installed the encapsulation was very quick and removed all debris. Russell was the lead and he was very helpful. Jared Cassidy followed up on a small problem and Freddy came out to check why the GFCI kept tripping. The only knock was that I had to call 4 times to get pictures of before and after installation.

Jordan and DK were professional and courteous. Excellent work done by them on my garage.

The crew (Lewis White, Chris Jones, Harold Harris, and Derel Davis) where absolute professionals. They had to endure quite unpleasant conditions to get the job done. They were courteous and expedient in the process and they ensured that they cleaned up all messes before they left. We so appreciate their work ethic.

Very poorly and after being assured the concrete was stabilized and wouldn’t sink further, it’s already sunk. I need to call back
