Think twice before paying lots of $$$ for their work. They overcorrected my front porch in two different spots. AFS reps have stopped by on two occasions to check their work with the last associate saying someone would be in touch but he wasn?t sure how they could fix their error. Let the buyer beware and think twice before paying thousands of dollars on something that?s supposed to have a warranty. Might want to call Groundworks instead

Married Ridley , Cody Stealey and Shawn Lowe did a very good job on water proofing our crawl space. Arrived on time and kept us well informed during the entire job.

I have had AFS shore up my basement wall as well as installing a dehumidifier. They do excellent work and provide service after the sale. Highly recommend!

Great! Dylan, Tanner, and Kyre could not have been more professional. They called each morning to let us know when they would arrive, and they were on time. Dylan made an effort to explain teach step, and answered questions we had. They cleaned up well, even checked to make sure it met our approval. During the day they would give us an estimate on the time frame for each step. All three young men were very diligent. In spite of the extreme heat they worked very hard; in fact I would suggest they take a water break!

Horrible customer service combined with low quality work. Avoid at all costs. We had AFS come out to help stabilize the garage on a home I own. Talon Jones, the estimator, came out, and performed his part of the tap dance beautifully. He said all the right things, about service after the work, and guarantees, and so on. We went with AFS, and they came out and did the work. Well, sort of. They did come out, and they did some work, but one of the walls is still moving, and much of the support structure they put in is exposed as they failed to bury it properly. I've been trying to contact AFS for 2 months now because of these issues (the work was done 3 months ago. So much for a lifetime guarantee.) with no luck. Phone lines are shut down early, or never answered. Messages are not returned. I did manage to get in touch with the service department on Friday, and let them know what was going on. They assured me I'd get a call back today. Nope. Crickets. Do NOT trust this company. Do NOT give them money.

Gage, Tyler, and Jake did an amazing job. They were very knowledgeable and did excellent work. Great customer service and a great group of guys.

Gage, Jake and Tyler were so quick and did an amazing job! Our run porch was literally separating from our house and they fixed it in an hour. Hopefully we won’t need foundation work in the future, but if we do then we know who to call!

The majority of the job went well. However, they were supposed to come back and fix the entry door and remove the extension cable. They never did. Even with numerous calls to the local office and the main office. Never a call back. Even though it looks like a decent job, I gave a 1 star because of the terrible customer support.

The AFS team of Matthew Ridley Shawn Lowe and Kyre Stewart showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and promptly completed the job. Even doubled checked to adjust the screw jacks to ensure the floor was level and that cracks in Sheetrock closed up. Super team. Highly recommend them!

Our project started in March. It was not finished. We had to keep calling for someone to finish. A diagram was made of what would be done and how much it was going to cost. Shims were supposed to be put in. We showed it to one of the many different people from AFS. One guy, Todd, I believe his name is, told us for 6,000.00 we could get shims in. The guys shot holes through our skirting around the house. The first patch job was a dark grey. These aren't the only places they shot through. Now its cracking also. How is this possibly great work for almost 10,000.00!? The last guy to come out hasn't been back since Oct. Knoxville AFS is terrible! The last guy was here in Oct and not only are they not answering calls, they don't call us back.

AFS was a great company to work with they adjusted the contract to complete necessary work that the Structural engineer noted in his report to me. Kevin salesman , crew, lead Johnny, Tanner, Shawn ,Twinkie(Tyler) were great , knowledgeable and walked me through each step they were doing, Salesman came out the first morning and was with us the first hour just to be of support to this old lady, Thanks Johnny and crew were constantly on the moved and very detailed and not afraid to redo steps that they felt were not to standard. Keep me informed of what steps they were taking and I felt like their knowledge was a winner to me , above and beyond what I expected . Not sure about the other crews , but you can't go wrong with the gentlemen who worked when me for 4 days off and on the rain and weather played a part in the length of the job not the company. A side note . I received 3 quotes form different companies I did chose the best one for my job .AFS

Keith was fantastic with communication. This company is honest and moreso their people show how great of a culture that they must have internally. I interviewed a few companies to fully seal my crawlspace but felt like they "just wanted a sale". Not AFS. Keith was excited to "teach" me about what they could do AFTER he asked me to tell him my concerns. He was not trying to SALE me on anything yet wanted to solve my problems. That is a true "salesman". He cared. The company was in and out in 1 FULL DAY!! They worked hard and moreso very cleanly. I did not have any issues with clutter or trash once they left. They even offered to help me connect my wifi back that got accidentally messed up but ATT was able to repair it for free. Regardless, offering to help me after they accidentally knocked it loose was so kind. They really show how much they care for their customers and inadvertently make you feel like family. Thanks Keith and the workers who treated my home like theirs. It means everything to my family to know that we are now protected against Mold and Water damage. Here is one more PLUS: our floors are so much more warm because we completed the "HVAC envelop" by getting the crawlspace sealed.

Ben came to our home and listened to me explain the problem. He was very knowledgeable of the type of work needed to be done. He gave us a reasonable quote and schedule. We received another supplier quote and chose AFS. Josh from AFS came to do the work and knew from experience how to level the sections of concrete walkway to make them fit level to each other.

The AFS representative and crew were knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous.

Had to have water remediation due to a broken pipe. Water damaged the existing vapor barrier. Insurance company recommended we contact a large/national company for repair. AFS Knoxville sent a crew 2.5 hours to complete the encapsulation. Baron and Cody worked hard and did a wonderful job. AFS insured that they â kept us in the loopâ with phone calls and/or text messages. We are very happy with the encapsulation. Would definitely recommend AFS Dash Knoxville to anyone, looking to encapsulate their crawlspace/basement.

Didn't like the way that they smooth the crack with .lt was not smooth out very good,should have been smoother.

We highly recommend AFS for waterproofing a crawlspace. AFS encapsulated our crawlspace on our new construction home and installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawlspace. The install crew (Tim - Foreman, Trent, CJ and John) was very prompt, courteous and professional. They explained everything about their work, and thoroughly cleaned up the worksite. Tim returned a few days later to finish up after our electrical outlets were installed and to make sure everything was working properly. Our salesman Reid was also excellent to work with. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.

Inspector came out and gave an estimate to tell us of one area was rotten. The job was done. Found out that after it was done they had to do mold removal by a different method due to the rotten floor. Was not told. We ended up taking up the floor in all the rooms and replacing the floor and beams. They refunded us money for mold removable They said they would come out and clean the ground wrap from any wood that was still there after construction. We did clean up lots of it as we repaired. They gave a time they would come. 4 days later the appointed time and 2 calls later nothing. They just left a message for the manager. Also, they did not tell us we needed a plug for a dehumidifier. I had to mention it to them. They also cover dips in crawl space tightly so if you were under there you wood tear the cover. In 2 areas. Then they ask a 70-year-old female if she had seen in other areas. I told them my days of crawling in the crawl space were over. Very unhappy With the aspect of this company

AFS took on our helical pier and sump pump installation on our new home and we were offered competitive pricing, efficient communication, and a timely/clean installation. Our sales rep was Ben who was always available and informed, Tanner installed our sump pump system and was equally impressive, and Peyton managed a crew installing our piers who left the jobsite as clean as they found it. I recommend AFS for all your helical pier and sump pump needs!
