If I could assign zero stars, I would. We hired AFS to encapsulate our crawlspace because we trusted their expertise and believed their recommendations would protect our home from moisture issues. Before the work began, we were told there was only minor mold present and that remediation wasn’t necessary because the encapsulation would take care of it. We relied on that professional guidance when making our decision. After the work was completed, we discovered extensive mold growth beneath our home—so severe that it required more than $7,000 in professional remediation. Beyond the financial hit, this raised serious concerns about our family’s health due to prolonged exposure. After I left my initial review, Ray, the general manager, reached out. I hoped this meant AFS was willing to work toward a fair resolution. Instead, he maintained that because they believed nothing was wrong with the installation, the company bore no responsibility for what happened. Although we were invited to share what would make things right, no solution or support was ever offered. What made the situation even more frustrating was that Ray never offered to have anyone inspect the encapsulation or verify the quality of the work. Instead, he questioned the credibility of the independent mold remediation company we hired and repeatedly emphasized that AFS is the “number one encapsulation company in the United States.” The conversation felt less about addressing our concerns and more about defending the company’s reputation. We asked AFS to help cover the cost of remediation because we had followed their recommendations and were left with a significant and unexpected expense. Even if they disagreed with our request, we expected some effort to investigate the issue or meet us halfway. Instead, they declined entirely and showed no interest in evaluating their own work. Most concerning was the lack of urgency or care regarding the condition of our crawlspace and the potential health risks to our family. We went from being told there was only minor mold to dealing with a widespread problem after their work was completed. Yet there was no effort to understand what changed or whether their installation played a role. That response speaks volumes. A company’s true character isn’t revealed when everything goes smoothly—it’s revealed when problems arise. In our case, AFS showed a clear lack of accountability, empathy, and customer care. If you value integrity and accountability, think carefully before hiring AFS. We trusted them with our home, and when things went wrong, they chose not to stand behind their work or their customers.

Jesus and Uriel were fabulous. Kevin and Logan were also involved in the project. They worked very hard and and made sure we understood when they planned to arrived and the work they planned to accomplish.

The guys Bobby, David, and Bryce that come out to do the work on my home was extremely professional! They called to let me know they were on their way, let us know when they finished, made sure I didn’t have any questions for the team daily, made sure I didn’t have any issues that needed to be addressed in the process, didn’t bother us as they worked, cleaned up after themselves each day, asked to leave couple items overnight for the job and placed a cone by it, steadily worked in 105 heat index taking 1-2 breaks, let us know when completed to let me inspect and showed me everything done explaining through details of it, answering all questions I had while inspecting, the process they did to protect it and the dehumidifier. Once they finished inspection with me, they finished cleaning everything up and one sat down with me to finish process and signing still making sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He then looked at my plan and explained future of the system and what will take place. I trusted the process of them and extremely satisfied. These men were an absolute representation of the company from start to finish! I’m absolutely very happy with them and process. Highly recommend.

AFS has been Great! Exceptional customer experience!!! Upon calling for a new estimate after initial estimate a year ago. Dylan Vandevender came out just 2 days after calling to reevaluate and update the current foundational status of our home. He was very kind and detailed in explaining the conditions to my mom, sister, and I. We are very satisfied and we would definitely recommend Dylan and AFS with its Lifetime warranty services to anyone seeking or needing a foundational lift or preventative measures from further sinking!!! DFX did and excellent job. I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. Bryan and DFX were also the best price. They created drawings, and shared what all would need to be done, they were courteous and did excellent work. I would certainly use Bryan and the DFX team again. I give them 10 stars for making my sister happy. She is 84 years old and didn't have anywhere else to turn and DFX came through. We bought a new home with water issues. I called multiple foundation companies to get a french drain with sump pump installed under our home. We had huge storms coming and the last one left standing water under the house with support piers sinking. We had several cracks form in the drywall, popping and creaking in the floors. Corey McGlothlan came out and looked the situation over. He and I were at the house and my wife was on the phone discussing the situation. We knew we needed to do something with storms coming but received alot of pressure from Corey to make an expensive decision. He did an 18 month no interest approval. He said we needed the french drain with a sump pump and the piers shimmed under the home. He also said their work came with a lifetime warranty and would cover further foundation damage repairs. We did agree to have them do the job as they could be out early the next week. I wanted a copy of the contract to read but he told me I would get it by email in a few days. All we had was a link to the finance company. The french drain system was installed. We had one heck of a storm come thru and it did keep the water pumped out. However, The water barrier was nasty, muddy, and not reinstalled at all properly. I called and got a help desk. They had Adam from the Lavergne office contact me. They came back out and reinstalled my vapor barrier correctly and cleaned up under the house a bit. My house was 10 months old at the time. I also had excavation work building a burn in front of the home and drainage to divert the water from the house. My issue: I have called Corey and Adam multiple times to get the shims installed, like over 20. I have tried the help desk but they cannot get me anyone from management. I cannot get them to come and finish the job. I have been forced to post this and am filing a claim with the BBB. Beware of AFS.

Nick and Taylor from the AFD Poly crew did a great job stabilizing and lifting our driveway. The communication from start to finish was extremely thorough and eliminated any guess work.

Called and let me know when they would arrive. When they got here let me know the work to be done. The crew work very hard and done an excellent job. Finished job and went over everything with me what had been done. Left job site neat and clean. I think Jacob, Noah, Brandon, and Suri did and outstanding job. I would recommend this company highly.

Nick B and Josh B did a fantastic job lifting and leveling my concrete driveway! They're really nice hard-working guys and very knowledgeable about the job at hand! They did a wonderful job cleaning up and were very respectful of my property. I give AFS my highest recommendation and will definitely use them in the future for additional concrete work!

I called because I noticed dirt beside my porch was sinking under the porch at the back. AFS came out and said they could stabilize the porch and polyfil the void. Over a month after they got a $2K deposit they showed to do the work. AFS said they stabilized the porch but thought the void was too big to polyfil in the manner they originally planned. They said they'd have someone get back with me on a new plan for the polyfil. In the meantime, they got the next $7K. It took another month of me calling for an answer on the polyfil for the next person to show up. Adam again said they'd have to do the polyfil in another way and he'd get back with me. After multiple calls he finally told me that they void was too big for polyfil and I'd have to get someone else to figure out what to do about that. But, "Don't worry. The porch is stable." They did refund the $2K for the polyfil since they didn't do that, but I wouldn't have paid them $7K for piers if they hadn't said they could complete th

John Alexander with AFS was pretty thorough with the process and services he was very detailed and friendly. He answered and explained to all my questions and concerns. Evan, Aldo and Jorge did a great job. They installed drainage and pump, supports dehumidifier and encapsulated my crawl space. They started and finished exact in the time they said they would. They were respectful of the area and cleaned up all debris. I'm very happy with the work that was done.

Taylor, Eli, Alaina and Javi did excellent work encapsulating and waterproofing my basement. The membrane they installed not only protects my basement from water damage, the membrane makes the basement look a lot better. The work they did also protects my homes foundation from sinking. They were awesome.

I requested an inspection from AFS due to a sloping area in my floor. Brock came out, conducted a thorough inspection of the foundation and crawlspace. He explained the process throughout the inspection to let us know what he was looking for and gave us a detailed report with pictures afterwards. We decided to go ahead and do the encapsulation and dehumidifier along with one area of support. They were able to schedule the job within the week. Kenneth, Jose, and Javier arrived on time. They introduced themselves and explained everything they were going to do. They were friendly and professional and answered any questions I had. When the job was complete, they cleaned everything up, did a visual inspection with me so I could see everything they did, pointed out a couple of things I need to take care of soon, and finished their day. I have been impressed with AFS so far this week. I am excited to see how everything goes over the next few weeks with the dehumidifier. Thanks AFS! I thought pricing was fair and they had great financing options.

The team, Tony, Brennan and Kesaun, arrived on time each day and completed well within expectations. The site was left clean during and at the end of each day. I could not be more pleased with the results. The squeaking floor is gone and encapsulation is complete.

Peyton was great and explained everything that would and needed to take place to our crawl space, with pics. Workmen showed up when supposed to and finished on schedule As far as we can tell, workmanship was excellant.
