I am an Architect and recently hired Jacob to install Luxury Vinyl throughout my entire condo while living in it. He was very professional and did an amazing job. He was on time showed a real passion for the quality of work he does. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services if your in need of a flirting expert that does a superior job! Best in class.

A deposit was required and I am not sure why as I had materials delivered. I attempted to discuss trim work prior to the start date several times but was told **it is my decision and would be discussed the day of start**. This is an old home and it needed to be clarified, sorry I was an imposition. The trim wasnt installed properly and I had to pay someone else to complete the right way. I cleaned up all the empty boxes left on the front porch and a pile of tile left on sidewalk in front yard. The floor looks very good, trim, mess, andcustomer service skills, need work.

Jacob was great to deal with. He did what he said, was on time each day, cleaned up after his work each day & did a wonderful job. We will use him in the future.

We seen his work he did on our neighbors home. Visited his website and pleased with the his quote. He did the Master bedroom with him and her closets, 2nd and 3rd guest rooms also the closets.

The only negative was at the last minute, I learned the contractor expected me to pick up the flooring materials instead of him. It had us scrambling to rent a U-Haul and driving from Port Charlotte to Sarasota. Other then that, the contractor was on top of the project. He was excellent at communicating with us. Iâ d use him again.

Jacob was awesome!! Nice and polite. His work was impeccable! Would highly recommend him. Our rooms are transformed . The flooring and large base molding is beautiful. I think our neighbors are going to hire him too!

Jacob is the BEST! He goes over and above and watches all the details. I am a believer in doing it right the first timer, and, you can tell, so does he. So, if you want it done right, give Jacob and call and don't hesitate.

Jacob s work was excellent! He took his time to ensure that every cut was exact and fit well. He was very precise in his work and was flexible in making any changes and offered suggestions. If I EVER need flooring work in the future, I will definitely hire Family Repair again.

Jacob is a excellent worker who has done a fantastic job!! He also has cleans everything up as he goes. I'm very happy with the job he did and plan on having him back for a couple other jobs.

Jacob is an awesome and ambitious worker and craftsmen. He has his specialties and they are flooring and he is definitely a quality painter. He also gutted and replaced our shower with oversize tiles. Considering the constraints, he did a great job. He stripped the walls, refitted the entire shower with Durawall taped and sealed all open joints with a sealer. He will always go the extra mile to: clean-up , seam seal, fit and finish areas and came back just to remount vanity mirrors and finishing sealing the shower. This was a tough job. He also did all the removal and re-hookup of a new bathroom vanity. This is a guy who is going to be a great contractor with a quality crew, we were fortunate enough to catch him while he is building a business. You'll never get that quality for the pricing he provided.
