They were paid to cut grass and edging twice while on vacation and they did not do what they were paid for. They have not returned my calls. Very hard time trying to get through to them...what a pain!

They didn't weed eat like I ask them to do. They mowed with the grass being slung upon my house and left it and I just paid to have it pressure washed. I ask them to weed eat to the brick around my house, there are piles of grass all around the back of my house. They hit my air conditioning and moved it to the edge of the concrete block it was sitting on, so I'm not sure if there is damage to the air connections . I've called the owner and ask for him to come by and look at the work before I clean it up twice and he has never come back and I have paid for a month of service and I have left a message to bring my money back and haven't heard from him. I expressed to him I did not want them back on my property and wanted my money refunded and I hear nothing from them. I just want him to see what I've got to clean up before I do it, so he'll know what they did. Also the left without asking me to come out and approving what the did and my grass is cut so uneven it is terrible . They mowed so fast at places either they didn't go over or it couldn't be cut because of the speed of the lawn mower. This is the worse experience I have ever had . I do not recommend them at all. I'm not stupid, but I believe because I live in a mobile home on a big lot, they were prejudice and didn't care how they did this but I have a beautiful lot when I take care of it and they could have made it that way too. I believe they left without telling me because they knew I would have demanded my money back. They were hear and gone in 14 to 20 minutes. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am ashamed that you were made to feel as though you were less important to our company. We try to hire experienced and dependable people however, occasionally a company doesn't get the employees they need. That is no excuse for poor work!!! I am once again very sorry for unacceptable way your lawn was left. If there's anything we can do to fix this to insure satisfaction please call our business line to speak with one of the owners."

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
A few dudes rescued my vacation home when the previous lawn maintenance company abandoned the job. They listened to my needs and offered additional suggestions. The grass was 3 feet tall and they promptly cleaned everything up. They even had a blade attachment to cut the bank in front of the house. Very fair pricing, extremely nice, prompt, professional and I can trust them to maintain the lawn at my out-of-town home. I HIGHLY recommend them.

"Our crews are extremely competent and hardworking. They never require an overseer of any job. However, if a customer chooses to oversee the work, we welcome it. We do what is asked, until the instructions are changed and some customers decide on different ideas in process of the job. This is not a problem at all. Its your property and we want to make it look its best. Overgrowth of weeds makes it very difficult to distinguish plants from weeds, at times."
