A Flow Rain Gutters

Professional and we had small issue of something his worker did and didn't tell paul. I brought it to his attention and he fixed right away! Great service!

Beautiful gutters, but Paul is NOT a man of his word. He wrote up an estimate; we agreed upon the procedures. After the install, Paul tacked on an extra $400 for screens that we had originally agreed upon. He over charged us and yelled unprofessionally. He didn't return to fix a downspout that did not fit our tiled roof. The roof was being installed during the time of the gutters, Paul should know how to measure for tile roofs; the drain is four inches too long and is still not fixed three weeks later.

the final bill was $50 more than the estimate because of additional work that should have been recognized at the time of the estimate. this concern was discussed by me (owner) and estimater but not reflected in the bid. the overall job was expertly done and i'm happy with the final results. thank you.

They showed up 45 minutes late . They cleaned two downspout only. When the rain came 4 days later , I discovered that a third gutter has not been cleaned. I called Paul up and he said he will come when the rain stops , but he did not.
